About the home
Our villa is located right in the centre of la Manga Club - Los Naranjos Community is directly opposite the tennis courts, close to and within walking distance to golf, tennis, football facilities, bars and restaurants. The Resort Hotel is 3min walk. The villa has reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating to all rooms, with additional ceiling fans to bedrooms. Lap Top with free WiFi, High chair, travel cot and bikes for use at no extra cost. All bedrooms have flat screen cable tv's.
La Manga Club is generally regarded as the premier European golfing destination, with its superb climate and less than 12" of rain a year. Although the 3 x 18 hole courses are always in demand, there is none of the overcrowding so often seen at golf clubs on the Costa del Sol, for instance. The facilities are excellent, suiting all abilities an ages. The comfortable clubhouse includes a spacious bar, restaurant, plenty of space in locker rooms and extensive pro-shop. The academy includes the latest state of the art video technology for swing analysis.
There is a 90 bay floodlit driving range, practice putting green, 2 chipping greens, practice bunker, resident pros available and competitions 3 times a week. There is also a par 47 putting green for the family. Our info pack has full details of how to pre book, prices, annual programme indicating any closures and descriptions of each course. Residents qualify for discounted rates on public rate. Handicap certificates/soft spikes required.

Bedrooms: All bedrooms have a flat screen TV. with cable TV and Sky Sports channels. Bedroom 5, although comfortably furnished with a Double bed and fitted wardrobes, has no window. Hence the reason for advertising our Villa as a 4/5 bedroom villa, However, if used the villa will sleep 10 in 5 separate bedrooms. Additional put me up bed can be arranged at a small cost.

Games room: with full size pool table, converts into 3 table games, darts board, and many table games, comes with a laptop and free internet access for guests.
Cleaning/towels/linen/beach towels/maid service: Linen, cleaning and management services/facilities are included.
Further details outdoors:
The villa and surrounding areas are on flat ground. There are no hills to access/climb like many villas at la Manga Club and although not specially adapted for wheelchair users internally, wheelchair users can access the villa with a side ramp/walkway directly into lounge or kitchen. Ground Floor bedroom can be accessed in the same way. ( no steps) L/F bedrooms can also be accessed via a slope and the games room.
Outside
Outside the villa there is a sunny patio area with all year round sunshine, ideal for al fresco dining. The patio area contains solid wood table and chairs and parasol, sunbeds are also provided. Los Naranjos is a lovely community with 20 community villas, the community has two large communal pools, (one heated) these are shared only with other properties at Los Naranajos community. The garden area has pleasant surrouindings for relaxing with beautiful flowers and many olive, orange and lemon trees.
La Manga is famous for its sporting facilities which include tennis academy with 28 courts (most floodlit), of various surfaces and fully qualified resident pros. There is squash, bowls a fully equipped gym. There is a fully staffed kids club for 0-12 years, open five days a week. There is also horse riding, scuba diving, crazy golf, and bike hire easily available. There is also a fantastic spa with a 25m indoor pool jacuzzi steam rooms and sauna, numerous treatments to pamper the body and mind. La Manga has two supermarkets and one deli on site, and numerous quality restaurants, shops and also banking facilities. There are several restaurants on and off site that are good value. There is a medical centre on site manned by local doctors and two chemists.
The villa comes with discounted golf rites for residents for up to 6 people.

Arrival/changeover days are flexible. Arrival time normally 3pm, departure 11am, however this can be flexible dependent of bookings
A 20% deposit is required to confrim booking, full payment is due 8 weeks prior to letting.

Directions from Murcia (San Javier) Airport (45km, about 20 minutes)
Leaving the airport follow signs towards AP 7 Cartagena, Continue on this road for approximately 15 mins and then take the junction sign posted L Manga onto the MU-312 towards La Manga. Follow this road for 12 kilometres heading for La Manga and as you pass two red fuel stations (one on either side of the highway) take the next exit right (junction 8) to Los Belones and Portman.
At the end of the exit slip road, take the first exit off the roundabout, signposted Portman, Golf and Casino. Continue up this road and youll see the signs and fountains for the start of La Manga Club. On the left is the golf clubhouse and shortly after that there is a crossroads, where you turn left. Around the corner, turn left again through the security post and you are in La Manga Club.
For Los Naranjos, continue to follow this road round several bends for about 1km, pass the hotel on your left and Las Sabinas shopping centre on your left. Turn right into Los Naranjos II through the 3 pillars just past La Caixa bank. Try not to go into Los Naranjos I, which is the turning before.
Los Naranjos 11 No 7 is the end villa to your left on the front row.
Taxi from Murcia (San Javier) Airport: Approximately 45 Euros
Directions from Alicante Airport (Approx Driving time 55mins)
On leaving the airport turn left towards the E15/A7 and follow the signs for Murcia. After about 23 kilometres the motorway divides take the right fork (junction 724) onto the A37 toll motorway towards Torrevieja and Cartagena. After approximately 76 kilometres take junction 800 onto the MU-312, towards La Manga. Follow this road for 12 kilometres and as you pass two red fuel stations (one on either side of the highway) take the next exit right (junction 8) to Los Belones and Portman.

As an extended family of 10 6 adults and four children aged 13. 10. 9 and 6 The villa was very comfortable with a games room for children and laptop for the 13year old to keep in touch with friends. The closeness to pool was excellent and enabled us to sunbathe whilst keeping an eye on the younger ones |

This villa was superb in every way, there was everything there, the location was excellant and it was like home from home with all the extras. I have been to La Manga club before but this is by far the best located villa on the complex, near shops, bars and sporting facilities and not on a hill. La feels villa every time from now on. |

I have had some of my best holidays at La Manga, with family and friends. You decide what type of holiday you what you want. You can enjoy a relaxing holiday with superb restaurants, the children love the entertainment at Si Si bar, there is plenty to do in the evenings, catering for all tastes, lively or quiet. |
