About the home

Our apartment is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit, with spacious lounge/dining areas. It has a fully equipped modern kitchen. marble bathrooms and central air (hot/cold) conditioning throughout. The apartment has a large balcony fully equipped with lounge chairs and BBQ. Guests can enjoy the exclusive use of two outdoor pools as well as a heated indoor pool, complete with Jacuzzi. Guests can also enjoy the world reknown golfing, tennis and other sporting facilities at the resort. Satellite TV and DVD is also included.

The apartment is very spacious with lounge/dining areas, a modern kitchen and central air (hot/cold) conditioning throughout. The master bedroom has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space, and has an en suite bathroom, with separate shower room. A safe for your valuables is also available. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and also plenty of wardrobe space. The family bathroom is well equipped with a shower over the bath.

Attached to the apartment, guests have the exclusive use of two wonderful outdoor pools with plenty of sunbathing areas as well as the use of the only indoor pool and Jacuzzi in La Manga. The exclusive resort La Manga Club offers guests a huge number of excellent sporting and relaxation facilities, ranging from 3 Championship Golf Courses, 28 fantastic tennis courts, Football, Scuba Diving, Sailing, Beauty Spas, Beaches, Riding, Water Sports etc etc. Excellent facilities are also arranged for children all year round, by the Children's Activity Centre, centrally located by the Oasis pool and tennis centre. Activities include Mini Clubs, Crazy Golf, Computer Games, Playground, Dancing/Discos, etc etc.

The Costa Calida region

The exclusive La Manga Club Resort is located on the lower slopes of the pine covered Murcian Hills amongst the Lemon Groves, overlooking the the crystal blue waters of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean sea. It is over 1400 acres and the same size as Monaco. It boasts 3 championship golf courses and a huge number of tennis courts and is often frequented by many top sporting stars and teams. The LTA has made La Manga it's official winter site. Security is taken seriously at La Manga Club, with only two 24 hour manned entry/exit points to the resort, fully equipped with CCTV and security patrols.

Surrounded by the provinces of Alicante and Valencia to the North and Almeria and Granada to the West, the Murcia region has been one of Spain's best kept secrets, with the exception of La Manga Club.
Two historic cities of Cartagena and Murcia are 20 minutes and 45 minutes away and are well worth exploring for history or shopping. In addittion during the summer months the "Strip" comes alive stretching for 13 miles with busy restaurants, bars and shops.
The region "The Costa Calida" is blessed with a miles and miles of sandy beaches.

Dear Joy & Franco,
We had a wonderful 2 week holiday, the apartment was the most well appointed I have ever stayed in on a family holiday. Perfect for the children who had lots of fun in the swimming pools and at the kids activities around La Manga. We found everyone really friendly and there was a great choice of restaurants on site and off site as well. We enjoyed visits to local Spanish beach with a great tapas bar and some good rioja. We have had such a great family holiday we have booked already for next year!.

Dear Joy,
Thank you for renting us your wonderful spacious apartment, it was perfect for us.
The view from the terrace at about 8.00pm with the sun hitting the buildings on the far side of the Mar Menor was truly magnificent and beautiful.
The location near to the tennis centre was also excellent. We all had a thoroughly enjoyable time.
When we left on Saturday we drove over to Granada which took about 3 1/2 hours and went around the Alhambra and then drove for another couple of hours to Marbella where we stayed until Monday.
We used the indoor pool at Los Olivos.
When we go back to La Manga we would be very happy to rent your apartment again.

I thought I ought to contact you re my recent visit to Spain and your apartment. I thought that it was a beautifully well presented property with superb views and far better than I had expected.
