Situated in Europe's premier sporting resort, the villa is a comfortable family home with many additional features and equipped to a very high standard. Refurbished in 2002 with new furnishings, kitchen and bathroom - this property is suitable for families and or groups of friends.
Cots or additional beds can be provided if needed.

There are additional TV's in the master bedroom and Bedroom 3 which also has Playstation 2.

The property has cool tiled floors throughout and is decorated in a bright Spanish style.
If you are party of eight then we can arrange for additional beds in any of the bedrooms a small charge applies in Summer. We can also arrange for a cot, high chairs and stair gates if you need them

The property sits in large well maintained tropical gardens and is close to the shared pool which is cleaned every day. There are sun loungers and showers at the pool . There are three terraces which are equipped with patio furniture. The larger terrace will comfortably seat 8 and overlooks the resort, the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean beyond. There is a cooler terrace off the dining area which overlooks the pool and in addition there is a sun terrace on the roof with spectacular view towards the sea.
Further details
This property is not suitable for people who have mobility difciculties with steps There is access at ground floor level to property which is easy to negotiate up a slope but there are steps to the pool and to the upstairs of the property, which is the living area..
Parking is just outside and in view of the villa ( about 10 metres away.)
To get the best out of your stay we strongly recommend a car but there are many restaurants and bars which are within a reasonable walking distance .
The property will sleep 8 as we can provide additional beds for a small charge. Two of the bedrooms can accommodate an extra bed and the 3rd one will but only for children
Conditions
Change over is flexible but we prefer to let out Sat to Sat during peak periods.

The Costa Calida region
La Manga Club has 3 championship golf courses, 28 tennis courts and numerous other sporting activities. Equipment hire and tuition are available. Bike hire and scuba diving are also available. There is a newly opened Spa and Health Club, with 25 metre indoor pool, gym and luxurious treatment rooms.
There is a small private beach and a large central lido pool. Residents discount for all La Manga Club sporting activities is included. Children have an activity programme in the school holidays and there is a Kids Club open all year. There is also a Football Academy for the children at the world famous training ground and tennis courses or individual lessons. Baby sitting can be arranged locally by English speaking staff. Children are welcome all over the resort.
The property is close to the renowned Hyatt Regency Hotel which has an award winning restaurant, piano bar, casino and lively cocktail bar with live music. The Club consists of several 'villages' each with it's own distinct style. There are countless restaurants to suit most tastes and pockets and the village of Los Belones is only 5 mins drive away with another wide selection of eating options.
Further afield is the 22km beach at La Manga, known as The Strip, which borders the Mar Menor and the Med beyond. 15 mins away is Cabo de Palos a fishing village which is a 'must' for seafood and the Sunday market. The larger towns of Cartegena( 25 mins) and Mucia ( 1hr) are easy to find. English is widely spoken at La Manga Club.
In addition there is an excellent English speaking pharmacy, doctor and dentist on the club.
The La Manga Club / Los Altos, La Manga area
La Manga Club is about 20 mins drive from Cartagena which has a good range of shops and lovely waterfront with bars and cafes. There is an excellent new El Corte Ingles in the town. About 15 mins drive away is the picturesque fishing port of Cabo de Palos which is a working village with many excellent seafront, seafood restaurants.
The village of Los Belones is just outside the club ( abou 5 mins by car) and has a very good range of varied restaurants

We accept payment by cheque direct to us in the UK in Sterling or by bank transfer in Euros to Spain. 25% deposit required on booking and balance payable 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.
The villa comfortably takes 8 people but if you are a party of eight we will hire in additional beds at a cost of 50 euros per week per bed.
This tariff includes a mid stay linen change and clean for bookings of 2 weeks and a weekly linen change and clean each week for longer bookings
