About the home

Beautiful El Rancho villa with stunning views over La Manga Club, golf courses and the Mar Menor lagoon. Within easy walking distance of all amenities on the complex. Three Championship golf courses, 30 Tennis courts, bowling greens, squash , bicycle hire, water sportsactivities, horse riding, country walks and modern luxury health spa. Many excellent restaurants on the complex, including the famous 5 Star Hyatt Hotel.

Sun beds are located on the top sun terrace, which has outstanding panoramic views over the whole area and surrounding mountains. BBQ terrace and secure garden terrace both have tables/chairs for eating 'al fresco'. The lounge/dining area is open plan with a gallery kitchen. All kitchen equipment and utensils are provided. There is a small additional charge for air conditioning if required.

The Costa Calida region

La Manga Club (sometimes known as Europe's best kept secret) is situated in the Murcia region on the Costa Callida coast.
Whether it is golf, walking, cycling, watersports, sightseeing or simply lazing on the beech or by the pool sunbathing, this area has it all! Oh, and if you want fishing, a short drive will take you to the quiet areas of the Mar Menor lagoon and onto the meditteranean Sea for those fishing expeditions!
Old mining towns are locating nearby at La Union along with the local Tuesday market (don't miss this!).
Cartagena (the 2nd largest port in the region), has many museums, as well as the ancient port itself, which hosts military battleships and cruise ships at times. Cartagena's wonderful shops and excellent tapas bars are close to the harbour. The history of this City is unbelieavable!
There are traditional villages within the vicinity and hypermarkets are within a short drive of the complex. Try 'Upper' supermarket at Cabo de Palos on a Sunday morning, then visit the local market (open until 1.30pm) and have a glass of wine whilst listening to the local musicians. Here also, there are also ceramic shops and pleasant seafood restaurants around the harbour.

The La Manga Club / El Rancho area

Los Belones is the local village nearest La Manga Club; try this on an evening if looking for somewhere to eat off the complex. Here, there are local bread shops, supermarkets and chemists, as well as a wonderful butcher's and fishmongers. Coffee shops and wine bodegas abound.
We can recommend various wonderful restaurants both on and off the resort at all prices to suit every pocket.
Whatever sports you wish to ensue whilst at La Manga Club, we feel sure you will not be disappointed! If you want to chill out on the sun terrace; by the pool or on 'la Cala@ (La Manga Club's private beach, this has its own private restaurant).
You will not be disappointed after this holiday! Be as active or as inactive as you wish!!!
If you wish to partake of golf or tennis whilst at La Manga Club, tee-times can be booked and a big discount on fees is available for residents.
