Having been extended the Villa is very spacious with the accommodation on two floors, and is ideal for families. Downstairs comprises a twin/double bedroom, bathroom and sitting area, which has a new sofa bed and can therefore easily accommodate a family of 6.
The renowned Los Molinos community swimming pool (with Lifeguard in high season) is a 2 minute walk away, where there is a separate heated children's pool as well as the main pool, and also the excellent Alex and Roberto's poolside retaurant and bar. Guests staying are eligible for Resident's 50% sports discounts on golf and tennis.

The accommodation is on two floors and comprises on the ground floor; Entrance Hall, Sitting Room, Dining Area, Kitchen, Double/Twin Bedroom, Bathroom with shower and twin wash basins. The lower ground floor comprises a double/twin bedroom, Sitting Area with a new Double Sofa Bed (also suitable for travel cots etc) and Bathroom with Shower. There is air conditioning in the living area, and ceiling fans in both the bedrooms. Patio doors open from the living area on to the Barbecue Terrace with in-built barbecue, which is very private and looks over the adjoining woodland. the Kitchen is well equipped with all the usual appliances. There is Cable TV with all BBC channels, Sports and Children's TV.

Our Villa has 3 sun terraces. One to the front which is a wonderful sun trap and surrounded by the garden, a huge roof terrace/solarium with stunning views across La Manga Club to the Mar Menor, La Manga Strip and Lion Head Mountain. And there is the Barbecue Terrace with in-built BBQ to the rear of the villa.
The key features of our villa are its size, and the privacy of the BBQ Terrace.
It is also conveniently placed for the local shops, bars, restaurants and amenities of Bellaluz, which is only a 5 minute walk, and quicker still if you take the short cut through the woods. The Plaza in Bellaluz is a lively spot for a drink at night time, and Casa Victor Restaurant is also within a 10 minute walk.

The Costa Calida region


The region is known as the Costa Calida or 'warm coast' thanks to its mild, all year Mediterranean climate. The area has one of the lowest rainfall totals in Europe, and boasts over 3,000 hours of sunshine each year.
The cities of Cartagena and Murcia are well known for their cultural history and architecture.
The La Manga Club / Los Molinos area
La Manga Club is one of Europe's Premier Sporting Destinations, and lies amid rolling hills that separate the Mediterranean from the warm waters of the Mar Menor Sea. La Manga Club is a 5 star resort renowned for it's 3 championship golf courses, tennis/leisure complex and other various sporting activities (horse riding, mountain biking, watersports, Football, Cricket and Rugby Academies, etc). It even has it's very own beach cove and restaurant (La Cala) which offers stunning views over the Mediterranean. Additional beaches can be found a short 10 minute drive away on the Mar Menor , and is ideal for young children with it's shallow calm waters.
Local activities include diving, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, mountain biking, boat trips.

Murcia San Javier is the nearest airport with more and more budget airlines using this airport. it is only a 20 minute drive from La Manga Club. Airlines flying to Murcia include; Jet2.com, Ryanair and Easy Jet.
Alicante Airport is about an hour's drive away. A new motorway has cut the journey time to La Manga Club considerably. There are many daily flights from the UK to Alicante throughout the year.
