About the home

Surrounded by beautiful gardens, Los Molinos 24 is located in an ideal position on La Manga Club, the 5 star Golf Resort. Views from the spacious terraces show the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea just 10 minutes away. It is furnished to a high standard with everything you need for either a relaxing sunny break or an active sporty holiday.
The large communal pool is a 1 minute walk from the villa. There is a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning throughout. There are no steps to get to the Villa which is set in a spacious, tranquil area of Los Molinos.

Further details indoors:
High quality furnishings throughout. The dining table will extend to seat 6 inside. Additional tables on the first floor terrace and on the roof terrace. Sofa and 2 comfortable chairs. Re-fitted kitchen has full size oven and dishwasher. Villa also has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. For your comfort the bedrooms and bathrooms have heated floors and there is air conditioning with a heating function in the lounge and bedrooms. The bedrooms are newly decorated and the beds can be made up as 4 singles or 1 double and 2 singles. There is cable TV with a range of sports and movie channels.

Located in a spacious, very tranquil part of the Los Molinos community with beautiful manicured gardens yet only 1 minute walk from the communal pool.
A total of 4 terraces for maximum outdoor living space.
The extensive roof terrace has loungers, parasols, table and reclining chairs.
There are also beach chairs and body boards available for use.
House has an outdoor electric portable grill which can be used on the terrace.

Further details

Families with very young children should be aware of the balcony terrace and roof terrace and also the curved stairs down to the bedrooms and bathrooms are quite steep. Due to this the villa is not suitable for children under 5

25% Deposit due on confirmation of booking.
Payment in full due 8 weeks before start of booking.
A refundable £100 security deposit will also be required.

The Costa Calida region

The fabulous sunny climate and clean safe beaches make the Costa Calida a year round destination. There are lots of historical sites within a short drive of La Manga e.g Cartagena the second most important city in the region with its pretty marina, pavement cafes and tapas bars. Murcia is the capital city of the region with a historic centre and a new water park and zoo.

The La Manga Club / Los Molinos area

The La Manga Club is a World Renowned Golf & Tennis Resort with 3 championship courses and 28 tennis courts. It has a range of activities and night life to suit all tastes. The swimming pools and the different sporting facilities together with the range of restaurants and bars provide something for everyone.

The Villa itself is located in the picturesque Los Molinos community of villas with its stunning views and large freeform swimming pool (only for residents staying in Los Molinos) and a very popular restaurant alongside. Golf, Tennis, Cycling, Walking and Watersports are all available on site or on the nearby Mar Menor Sea.

Local villages and markets near the resort include Cabo de Palos a pretty fishing village with several seafood and other types of restaurants around the harbour and a Sunday market. Los Belones is the nearest village to the resort.with some very good and reasonably priced restaurants.
