This is a really stunning penthouse apartment in Los Olivos. Centrally located in La Manga, opposite the tennis centre, the Los Olivos apartments are always a popular choice with guests.

This very much sought after location offers spectacular views and the convenience of being near to the resort centre. Guests have access to three swimming pools, one of which is indoor and heated. The apartment has been well furnished.

The Costa Calida region

The Costa Calida is a stretch of approximately 250 kilometres of Mediterranean Sea coastline in the Spanish province of Murcia.

The Costa Calida has a warmer than average climate and low rainfall, giving it its name ‘Warm Coast’.

A notable feature of the northern coastline is the saltwater lagoon known as the Mar Menor (Little Sea). It is approximately 170 km2 in size and is the largest in Europe of its kind. La Manga (The Sleeve), a narrow strip of land, separates the Mar Menor from the rest of the Mediterranean. La Manga is around 22km long and not very wide. It is known to be one of the best known sports resorts along the coastline of Spain.

The sea in Mar Menor is known for being roughly 5 degrees warmer than the neighbouring waters, making the beaches in this area particularly popular.
