The ground floor level constitutes master bedroom with adjoining patio and en-suite bathroom, twin bedroom and family bathroom.
The airy, generously sized lounge/dining room area leads on to a correspondingly large BBQ terrace overlooking the community pool and taking in the glorious sight of the surrounding La Manga Club and the Mar Menor beyond. A wonderfully equipped kitchen is situated off the dining area containing everything necessary for those wishing to use their culinary skills.

This property is ideal for a family holiday break with the privacy of the spacious apartment combined with the social interaction of the community pool and surrounding area. A heated indoor pool is available to residents who also benefit from discount rates for golf and tennis.
It must also be mentioned that this apartment is professionally maintained by an on-site management company who have a centrally located office within the Resort, who for peace of mind and, in the unlikely event it is required, operate a 24 hour emergency call-out service. Amongst the other services we can organise on your behalf are - car hire, taxi services and personal airport transfers. The latter would be ideal for larger groups or those who require this more personal service. This also suits the nervous newcomer or non-Spanish speaker who arrives in a different country and wants to be greeted by a friendly face, who can converse in the same language and transfer them directly to their destination.

The Costa Calida region
The La Manga Club resort is located on the portion of the south eastern coast-line named the Costa Calida (the warm coast). This is an area which provides both spectacular coastal views with the contrary perspective of the surrounding hills.
The general climate of the Murcia region is predominantly in the 'sunshine' section of the barometer making La Manga Club ideal for both summer and winter breaks.
The nearest large town, Cartagena, is an easy 20 minutes drive from the resort. The regional city of Murcia only a further 20 minutes along the motorway, makes a visit to the water park and zoo an easy proposition, with great shopping opportunities also on offer.
Festivals are widespread in Spain and true to form the Murcia region has some wonderful celebrations. In particular the Easter festivities with their colourful parades and the September re-incarnation of a Roman village in Cartagena commemorating the historical conflict between the Carthagenians and Romans, are ones not to be missed.
Away from the bustling cities the local area boasts access to both the wide expanse of the Mediterranean and the calmer, enclosed waters of the Mar Menor. The Mar de Cristal beach in particular is very welcoming for families as the water is generally very tranquil and warm, shallow enough for children of all ages, only 10 minutes drive from the resort.
The village of Cabo de Palos, one of a few within easy reach offers a variety of small restaurants, bars and cafes as well as a picturesque harbour and lighthouse. The village is also home to a very popular Sunday market.
Closeby we have the Calblanque beach which is an area of conservation and as such remains in its original, untouched form making it an ideal picnic spot.
The La Manga Club / Los Olivos, La Manga area
La Manga Club is, without question, one of the worlds leading Sport and Leisure resorts. It is located within 1400 acres tucked into the Murcian hillside overlooking the clear waters of the Mar Menor.
The Resort contains twenty eight tennis courts, three championship golf courses, and a marvellous Par 47 pitch and putt facility. In addition there are top quality football facilities which are used all the year round by a selection of the top professional teams from Europe and in fact all of the sporting facilities regularly host local and international events.
The renowned Tennis and Golf Academies offer first class tuition all year round and there are additional academies operating for children and young adults during the school holidays. These disciplines include tennis, football, cricket and dance.
The La Manga Club Spa is luxurious and offers a state of the art gymnasium, dedicated teaching studio, saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzis, private treatment rooms and also incorporates a heated indoor pool.
Within the Resort there is a huge variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and boutiques and has its own supermarkets, banks, chemist and Doctors surgery.
La Manga Club offers a large number of additional leisure activities including mountain bike riding, horse riding, crazy golf, paddle tennis, diving, sailing and wonderful walks in the surrounding countryside.
Additionally there is an excellent all year round children's Mini Club offering a wide assortment of interests.
