About the home

The villa is surrounded by the picturesque gardens of Los Molinos with footpaths leading to the communal swimming pool and restaurant at the foot of a windmill. Ideal for families, individuals or groups up to six people for any type of holiday in the sun, whether sporting, relaxing or sightseeing. Safe bathing for children with lifeguard supervision and 24-hour security.
This three-bedroom, three-bathroom property has two barbecue terraces with spectacular views and a small patio garden. Facilities include satellite TV, DVD/CD player and Wi-fi internet access.

The six single beds can be used as three doubles. High chair and cot available on request. The stairs have a child gate for security.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the lower floor. Bedroom 3 is situated on the upper terrace and has its own independent access via external stairs.

The villa is accessed via eight steps leading down from a quiet private road. The villa has two sun terraces with barbecue on each. Sun loungers, parasol, dining table and chairs are provided.

The Costa Calida region

With over 300 days of sunshine per year, the Costa Cálida is an ideal place for holidays. Within easy reach are the spectacular cliff walks and unspoilt natural beaches of the Calblanque National Park. The long sandy beaches of the Mar Menor, Europe's largest inland sea, are just a few minutes' drive, the Mar de Cristal being one of Europe's cleanest and safest beaches. The historic city of Cartagena with its sea port, historic streets and Roman amphitheatre are just 20 minutes away. It has several annual festivals including the Romans & Carthaginians in September, and the Roman Theatre Museum is well worth a visit.

The La Manga Club / Los Molinos area

The nearby resorts of the Mar Menor provide endless opportunities for water sports, swimming or sunbathing. The pretty fishing village of Cabo de Palos with its famous Sunday market has several seafood and other restaurants. At La Manga Club, the ever-popular Los Molinos Pool Bar restaurant hosts weekly Flamenco nights during the summer season and the nearby La Cala private beach has an excellent seafood restaurant at the foot of the cliffs.
As well as regular golf and tennis tournaments open to visitors, first-class lessons and coaching are available at the La Manga Club golf and tennis academies.

“Great place for a relaxing family getaway.” We were originally headed to La Manga for a wedding that was unfortunately called off at the last minute. We were in two minds whether to still go or not, and decided to go. Very glad we did as we had a great time and the Villa was a perfect home away from home for us and our 2 young children. The owners were incredibly helpful not only with the booking but also in providing us with local information and tips including restaurant recommendations. We would definitely go back again - and this time we wont forget our tennis shoes!

“Super Villa” We had an excellent holiday at 147 los molinos with our 3 children and my mum. We have stayed in quite a few villas but this was the most well equipped villa , everything we needed was there from a plug adaptor to wifi access. The villa is well laid out and has wonderful views over the Mar Menor. The management company were fantastic, we had a problem with getting hot water and they sent someone straight away to sort it out (we hadn't switched it on in the cupboard). To eat out we found that the pool bar was the most reasonably priced and the best food and the flamenco night was good fun. The pool was great but we did find that we had to get down early (9ish) to get a bed but we did go at the height of the summer season so its to be expected. There was a lifeguard on duty from about 9am til 6pm which was good. When booking the owners answered all our questions promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. All in all we had a wonderful time and would definately return.

“Great place, lots of sun, perfect beaches)))” Myself, my wife and our two sons have stayed here for 3 weeks. very nice property, clean and quiet, good views, wifi. La Manga Golf resort by itself is a great place to vacation in Spain.

“SUPERB FAMILY ACCOMMODATION” Having never been to a self catering accommodation before we were not 100% sure of what we would find. When we got to the villa, first impressions were how big the accommodation was - it was well set out, located and furnished to a very high standard. Being a family with a 12 year old and a grandparent, we had no issues - plenty of room, very good amenities, excellent location and views, and a paradise for golfers. The villa was extremely well equiped - never once in our stay did we find that we had not got something that we would have had in our own home. Plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby of a good standard to add to our holiday . Would definately return.
