A fantastic well equipped 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa in this popular luxury resort of "La Manga Club" further accommodation lounge, dining area, kitchen breakfast room, utility area, patio accessed from the kitchen and lounge with two steps to the outdoor heating swimming pool.

The Sporting facilities are fantastic and include 3 Golf Courses, Squash Courts, Bowls, Luxury Spa and Pool and 14 tennis courts within a 5 minute level walk from the villa. The accommodation is flexible and is also suitable for smaller groups & couples.

There is nowhere better, where many famous sports people and celebrities are often seen in the fine restaurants and bars. You could also take time out and get in shape at our fitness centres, swim, jog, play paddle tennis, squash or pitch & putt.

The Costa Calida region

Go beyond the La Manga Club and find a region of little known delights.

Murcia

Murcia, bordered by a dry, semi-desert plain of Almeria, offers such towns and villages as Lorca, Totana and Alhama. Murcia is 70km from La Manga Club and surrounded by fertile cultivated land. There is a cathedral, Episcopal Palace, Casino, several churches and other 19th century architecture. Also many museums and one in particular is the image maker Francisco Salzillo. Other interesting museums are the Archeological Museum, the Museum of Fine Arts and the Museum of La Huerta. It is also recommended to visit the Shrine of Nuestra Senora de la Fuensanta

The La Manga Club area

Mar Menor Villages

The 73km of coastline of the Mar Menor offers tranquil villages and waters rich in salt and iodine, they make this area ideal for helping to cure some infections and rheumatic disorders. Other villages of interest are San Pedro del Pinatar, Los Alcazares, Los Narejos, Islas Menores, Mar de Cristal and Playa Honda.

La Manga

La Manga, stretches between the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. It offers a narrow, sandy spit of land with 22km of double beaches and between 100 and 800m in width.

Cartagena

Cartagena, an ancient port is located just 20km from the resort, and offers ruins of a Roman theatre, archaeological museums plus a number of interesting examples of military and modernist exhibits and architecture. One of the prettiest areas is its port, where you can dine watching the ships sail in before walking into town for some light shopping.

On leaving San Javier Airport, turn left at the main road, signposted Cartagena (remembering to drive on the right). Follow this road until you come to a roundabout and take the first exit off to the right and follow the signs for A37.

Take the A37 southbound following the signs for Cartagena. Continue along the motorway for approximately 15km.

Turn off at the junction signposted El Algar / La Manga MU321.

Carry on along the MU312 passing exits for La Union and Llano del Beal. After a ‘Peugeot’ garage on the right you will see two large petrol stations, one on each side of the road where you should leave the dual carriageway at the next right turning marked Los Belones / La Manga Club Golf / Portman.

Turn right at the roundabout at the bottom of the slip road and continue up through the ‘Lemon Groves’. You will pass the large ‘La Manga Club’ entrance statement and fountains. Just past the sign for the golf clubhouse you will come to a crossroads. Turn right to go to the Hyatt Las Lomas apartments and Peninsular Club or left to go to the Hyatt Regency Hotel and into the resort.

After a sharp right hand bend you will need to turn left at the security entrance. This road will lead you past the Hyatt Hotel to La Plaza (opposite the petrol station), where Barwell Management Services offices are based. Resort Properties and Mar Menor Management are located further along the road and Prestige is opposite the bank in Bellaluz Square.
