*Our superior villa offers the perfect holiday home for families, golfers and sporting enthusiasts seeking privacy, relaxation and fun within the safe and secure environment of La Manga Club, Spain's premier 5 star sports & leisure coastal resort. It is quite possible during your stay that you will spot some of the sporting stars and celebrities who frequent this wonderful destination.
*Although situated at the end of a lovely quiet cul de sac, you will only be a stroll from the multitude of first class facilities on offer (see section entitled 'La Manga Club / Las Brisas, Spain area').
*Our beautiful villa is fully furnished and equipped. You will enjoy a private swimming pool set within a stunning mature garden with large lawn. The garden is not overlooked and beyond is a spectacular backdrop of rolling hills. A large covered terrace leads out from the master bedroom, plus there are 3 further ground floor terraces to choose from for outdoor dining. The spacious roof terrace affords wonderful views of the sea and surrounding countryside.
*All mod cons are provided to ensure you experience a wonderful stay. Our guests particularly remark that they have enjoyed the ambience of the beautiful secluded garden and dining terraces with views of the hills behind, the private outside shower area and the fact that they can still enjoy watching all of their favourite UK tv programmes and even additional sports channels.

There is also a covered terrace with very comfortable seating (2 wide chairs and 3 seater settee with soft thick cushions), which overlooks the beautiful garden, pool and hills beyond. This is accessed from the sliding doors of the lounge and double doors leading directly from the master bedroom.
*Spacious L shaped roof terrace, affording wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and sea, provides both sunshine and shade and is accessed from the villa and by outside steps.

*Balance of rental fee along with a refundable breakage deposit of £400 (to be refunded within 10 days of the date on which we receive our keys back, subject to no damages) payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
*If your stay is for 2 weeks or more fresh bed linen and towels are provided at the end of each week. Additional services are available on request for a small fee paid locally, e.g cleaning of the villa during your stay.

*This coastal region of Mainland Spain (known as the 'warm coast') just South of Costa Blanca and away from package holiday crowds enjoys good weather all year round with hot summers and mild winters.
*The coastline is a mixture of small coves and long sandy beaches. The nearby Mar Menor, a large warm and calm water lagoon, provides excellent conditions for swimming and water sports alongside splendid beaches and marinas.
*Both Murcia, the regions capital (40 mins drive away) and Cartagena (15 mins drive away) have many interesting historical places to visit and an abundance of shops and department stores, including El Corte Ingles.
Very conveniently just before you reach Cartagena is Poligono Commercial Centre with extensive free parking facilities. Here you will find a massive supermarket within a shopping arcade that includes many top fashion stores such as H&M, C&A, Zara along with numerous eating/refreshment places and a bowling alley. Elswhere at the Centre are other well known establishments, including Toys r us, Decathlon,McDonald's, Burger King and Hollywood American Restaurant.

*Our villa at Las Brisas offers easy access to all of the truly superb sporting and leisure facilities of La Manga's unique 1,400 acre Club Resort.
*Golf - 3 superb and varied courses, full practice facilities and training academies.
*Internationally renowned tennis centre with 28 courts and tuition for all ages.
*Large communal & children's pool, bowling green, gymnasium, squash court, state of the art spa health & fitness centre, pitch & putt, crazy golf.
*Specifically for children - football, cricket and rugby academies for 5 to 15 year olds and mini fiesta club for 0-12 year olds. Also just 5 mins drive from the resort is a go-kart track.

We visited the villa for a well deserved break with our 2 autistic children who get bored very easily. We all found the villa wonderful. Everyone had their own space if needed, which was just perfect for us. The pool was gorgeous and was just what we needed in the beautiful sunshine and the garden was tranquil and so peaceful with breathtaking views of mountains in the distance. There was a lovely maintenance team who popped in and tended to the garden and pool whilst we were there and helped with any queries we had. The villa was spotlessly clean and we found the laundry room a fantastic addition to the villa and so useful. The villa was a great base for the area and sights, although we have to say we were very happy most days to be lazy and relax by the pool! Steve and Sonia were extremely helpful to us prior to arrival and assisted us with all our questions and even left us a bottle of wine at the villa, which was a lovely gesture. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. We just wished we could of stayed longer... The Sewell family. Steve's and Sonia's house in Las Brisas is the perfect place to spend relaxing and sportive holiday. Not only is La Manga Club a very nice resort, but their house is a crown's jewel: - Charming house with beautiful pool - Very well maintained and equipped - Gorgeous location in a lovely dead end near all facilities We couldn't have chosen a better place. Home from home. We had planned to use the villa as a base but it was so comfortable with everything you could possibly need that I'm ashamed to say some days we didn't leave it! With a 19year old and two 25 year olds with us everyone had something. Mountain biking, trail running, kayaking, Spa, gymnasium something everyday, sometimes several a day! My husband and I tried a walk or two but gave up and just enjoyed the peace and views from the beautiful garden. We arranged a taxi through Steve from the airport and hired a car from La Manga car rental that was delivered to the villa within an hour of our arrival, fantastic! Wouldn't hesitate to return, Steve the owner was as good as any travel agent, thank you Steve. Response: So glad you enjoyed your stay at our villa. We are delighted to say that every single renter has had only good words to say. Our continuous aim is to maintain the high standards we have set ourselves, whilst continually trying to make any improvements that we feel will lead to an even higher appreciation of our villa. |
