“A beautiful home!” We were three families staying in the villa for two wonderful weeks this summer, two families (4 adults and 3 children) in the main house and the third family (2 adults and 1 child) in the annexe. The house and the outdoor area are both so spacious that there was more than enough room for all of us. Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner, Peter, who showed us around the house, explained the alarm system (very easy to use) and answered our questions. During our stay either Peter or Jan (a very nice English woman who lives close by) were available if needed. The villa as well as the garden far exceeded our expectations. The overall standard is very high and we had all we needed for our two weeks. The double fridge/freezer in the well equipped kitchen and the fridge box in the outdoor bar, the barbeque, three different groups of tables and chairs outside (loved the pergola with all the lights in the ceiling after dark), four hammocks, the outdoor toilet etc. etc. all made our stay a very comfortable one. As for the area of Los Belones and La Manga we enjoyed the closeness to the Calblanque National park with its great beaches and walking routes. Via Romana (great Italian restaurant) became our favorite place to eat and order take out from, but we also enjoyed La Cala restaurant (situated by one of the secluded beaches) as well as the Japanese/Asian restaurant Run. If you are interested in shopping, Cartagena and El Corte Ingles is no more than 20 minutes by car, and there is even a big mall with shops like Zara, Benetton, H&M, Toys R Us as well as restaurants, bowling, a big Carrefour etc. closer than that (just before Cartagena). We definitely want to come back to this house and this area of Spain!!

“Stunning villa, in a beautiful setting” We had a fantastice stay in this gorgeous villa. It is spacious, furnished and decorated to an extremley high standard and would recommend it to anyone looking for a bit of luxury on their family holiday. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance, the main village is a short drive away with great choices for dinning out or we enjoyed some nights at the villa making the most of the peaceful surroundings.

“Villa and surroundings perfect for our needs” We were met and shown into this stunning villa by the owners,everything was clean and well presented.We have rented Villas in the past and this one was by far the best we have stayed in.The pool was clean and inviting with lots of comfortable sun loungers and a large shaded swing which is very comfortable.There is a large pergola with a dining table large enough for 8 people lovely and shaded,and looks fabulous at night. The local beach at Mar De Cristal is clean and safe with a couple of bars/restaurants on the beachfront. The local village also has plenty of bars and restaurants. Excellent accommodation and excellent surroundings,we,ll be back !!

“Stunning villa, fab location, our best holiday yet!” Our family had a wonderful stay at the villa this summer. This is our third consecutive year of choosing this villa for our holiday and it was the best ever with the new addition of the gazebo and a trip out on the speedboat. The villa itself has everything you could want and sits in a stunning setting backing onto Cal Blanque. It is lovely and spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to get along and is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We had some fantastic evenings enjoying a bbq and sitting out under the gazebo with the fairylights, just star gazing. With young children we tended to eat out during the day and there are plenty of great family friendly restaurants in and around the area. The children loved the swimming pool and it is always such a luxury to have such a great pool all to yourself. The location of the villa enabled us to alternate between the beach at Mar de Cristal (wonderfully calm, warm, shallow waters) and La Manga (spectacular stretches of sand) - both clean and great for young children. The icing on the cake for us this year was a trip on the speedboat which put the biggest smile on everyone's face! One of our children has special needs but we haven't ticked "suitable for disablities" as much depends on the nature of the disability itself and the same goes for "older people" - there are some steps up to the front of the villa and down to the swimming pool.

“Perfectly secluded yet close to all ameneties,great villa,all mod cons” We were met and shown around by the owners,the villa was perfectly presented & spotlessly clean.We have young children who could play safely on the ground floor terrace which has gates that stop them going near the pool. This villa is perfect for families and is close to the beaches,restaurants,golf etc.

“wonderful villa private and luxurious” myself and my family stayed at this villa in august for my special birthday celebrations. we had an amazing time, lots to do and see but also you could lay and do nothing around the pool and just soak up the sun in the private surroundings. we sat under the newly built gazebo at night and ate al fresco under 100s of fairy lights, very romantic! we also arranged with the owners to have a day on their boat where my son water-skied and others went out on the ringos etc. they were a really nice couple and the luxury speed boat is stunning. we had a fantastic time would highly recommend this luxury villa, we are booking again for next year!
