A few parking spaces in front of building and, if unavailable, parking is free along the promenade.
Property is located in between Town Hall (which has a doctor's surgery on the ground floor) and pharmacy.

Check-in 2 pm - 11 pm, check-out before 12 noon (there is some flexibility to this outside of peak season).
In response to client feedback, a welcome pack will be included in the cost of the holiday. Optional extras such as sparkling wine can be ordered in advance and paid for locally.
You will be met by an English speaking representative on arrival.
Conditions
10% non-refundable deposit will secure the booking with remainder due to be paid 6 weeks before the holiday.
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 (or equivalent in euros) payable on collection of keys and returned at the end of the holiday subject to the apartment being left in good condition. For bookings of more than 3 weeks the security deposit is £200 (or equivalent).
We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance.
Well behaved dogs are welcome - small extra charge.
Sorry, no smoking allowed anywhere within the apartment.

We know you don't want to read a lot of blurb before booking your holiday so here are the highlights:-

The La Mamola area
There are several bars, cafes, restaurants and two supermarkets near the apartment.
Bar Orza is the nearest cafe/bar where there are occasional flamenco and jazz evenings and Wi-Fi is available. They also do great free tapas. Local activities include watersports and there are children's play areas and table tennis on the beach. The village is friendly with a low crime rate. Festivals, open air parties, beach volleyball and other events happen throughout the year.

Nearest airports - Malaga and Granada are approx 90 minutes by car and Almeria is 50 minutes away. Malaga has very frequent flights from UK airports with Monarch, Easyjet, Ryanair and other budget airlines.
All airports have a good selection of car hire companies and you can book online in advance (e.g. www.malagacar.com) and it is an easy drive, mainly motorway/dual carriageway.
If you are not in a hurry, there is an economical air conditioned bus service from Malaga and Almeria which stops in the village just behind the apartment block. You can find the bus timetable on www.alsa.es

Costs include initial clean and utilities so there are no "hidden costs". Refundable security/damage deposit of £100 payable which will be returned in full when the apartment is left in good condition. A 10% non-refundable booking deposit will confirm the holiday. Balance is payable 6 weeks before departure. We accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in pounds or euros.
