Completed in February 2004, this attractive house and pool are set in a pretty terraced garden amid cork oaks and mimosas. From the spacious south-facing terrace, you'll watch the sun go down over a sparkling Mediterranean, enjoy a leisurely lunch and a glass of wine or simply relax, swim and sunbathe in the peace and tranquility of Valcros.
We are ten minutes' drive from all amenities in La Londe and Port Miramar, where excellent restaurants and bistros, a bustling Sunday market and visits to wine-growing estates are just a few of the rich experiences you will long remember.
Having three bedrooms, a private garden and heated pool, the house is perfect for families and couples, offering the facilities - and some of the luxuries - of a very comfortable home from which to explore and enjoy this beautiful and fascinating area.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region
Protected from the cold mistral by les Maures mountains, this area enjoys mild, sunny winters and hot summers; indeed records show that residents can expect 300 days of sunshine per year.Thanks to its gentle climate, the La Londe area has been inhabited since before Roman times and although it has developed into a small seaside resort, it has retained its rural character and charm, with twenty two wine-growing estates, olive groves and a protected natural environment.
Rolling wooded hills and fertile valleys, sun-drenched villages and vineyards form the backdrop to a beautiful coastline revealing bay after bay of white sands and shimmering blue water.
La Londe Les Maures / Valcros area
- come for the La Londe Wine Festival at the end of April or Bastille Day celebrations in July - visit ancient and beautiful Aix-en-Provence, the popular resorts of Le Lavendou and St. Tropez to the east and Bandol and Cassis to the west, and the hilltop towns of Hyeres-les-Palmiers and Bormes-les-Mimosas - walk the extensive coastal paths - spend a day on the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros, the former haunts of pirates and today, unspoilt and protected enviroments - call in to at least one vineyard for wine tasting and direct sales - play golf at Valcros (2km. from the house) and make time for a meal in the clubhouse! Several 18-hole courses are within easy reach of La Londe - discover the rich diversity of underwater life with one of the four diving schools at Port Miramar - learn to sail with the sailing school (from six years upwards)
How to get there
Fly easyJet throughout the year to Nice from Bristol, Liverpool, London Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and Newcastle- on-Tyne, and to Marseille from Bristol, Liverpool and London Gatrwick. Ryanair flies to Toulon/Hyeres from London Stansted and Air France flights are available to Toulon from many UK airports.
Valcros is about 1.75 hours' easy drive, mostly autoroute, from Nice airport and from Marseille airport. Toulon/Hyeres airport is 20 minutes from the villa.
A wide range of world-wide car hire companies operates from all three airports and from Toulon railway station.
The TGV from Paris to Toulon takes 4 hours.
