Los Altos is a 3 bed villa with some of the best views of La Herradura, the sea and the mountains. The villa is large, light and beautifully furnished. Decorated in a modern, classical style, you should feel spoilt and very relaxed here. This is a large villa that has plenty of accommodation and facilities for families, however it is also a very peaceful place for couples. This part of Spain is beautiful with stunning scenery and not too touristy. There is a good mix of nationalities which helps to keep its Spanish charm. We are proud to say we have excellent feed back from our guests with many choosing to come back again and again. You will not be disappointed with La Herradura if you choose to spend your holiday here.

The Costa Tropical/Granada region
From Malaga, passing the town of Nerja, you find yourself on a winding coastal road that takes you to La Herradura. The spectacular scenery of plunging mountains and secluded coves on this part of the coastline has been compared to the famous Almafi coast. You will feel you have discovered paradise in Spain.
La Herradura area
La Herradura is an amazing place, big enough to provide a range of good quality restaurants and bars, it is still small enough to be charmingly Spanish. The people are friendly, and a lot speak some English. La Herradura has four shingle beaches, it has its main km long beach with shops, restaurants and bars, it also offers a wide range of water sport facilities and the hire of sun beds. Further along is the small cove of Playa Del Este, at the foot of our development there is a tiny beach, Playa Calaiza and over the headland is the naturist beach of Cantarrijan which is very popular with the Spanish. You will also find other secret beaches within 15 minutes drive along our coastline where you can park up and walk down.
How to get there
Los Altos is situated in La Herradura on the Costa Tropical. This is 55 minutes drive from the airport and city of Malaga, passing the town of Nerja which is only 10km away. Granada airport is 80 minutes drive.

The kitchen has an extensive range of crockery, cutlery, etc. Should you wish to stay in and cook it will feel just like home - just a little warmer! There are modern beech units, stainless steel accessories and a breakfast table and chairs. We also have a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.
There are two twin bedrooms, one with its own private balcony and one double bedroom with en suite. This bedroom leads out onto the terrace. All bedrooms have stunning sea views.
There are two full bathrooms with shower facilites, toilet, bath, bidet, sink. We also have one guest toilet. The en suite has a Victorian Rose soaker shower.

Further details outdoors: The terrace is a good size with ample room for dining, sunbathing or just relaxing. The thatched pergoda provides an area of welcome shade throughout the day.
Sunbeds, dining furniture, easy chairs and BBQ are provided for your use.
The communal pool and toddler pool are amazing. Beautiful, large, surrounded by grass and flowering shrubs, they have spectacular views of the coastline and mountains. The pool is never busy and you can find yourself alone even in high season.
You also have full use of the two padle tennis courts so bring your bats and balls!
The development is edged by natural wood land so there are plenty of walks just outside the villa.
