Ground floor very sunny apartment on a split level one bedroom on ground floor with sitting room and toilet, main aprtment reached by way of short external stair case consisting of two bedrooms two bathrooms lounge and kitchen , security provided within a security barried community with access to internet wifi via own router with private sun terrace ideally located for all tastes whether it be spending time on the beach or exploring the local attractions for the children there is a large water park nearby in Almunecar. The apartment has air-conditioning pre installed, a 42 plasma flat screen tv and sky freeview the apartment is less than 30 mtrs from the large swimming pool and seperate childrens paddeling pool Please note the two main bedrooms and lounge have uninterupted views of the sea from there respective windows all set in a very peaceful area.the complex is less than 10 years old
designed by an english architect it has a very distinct appearance
