The apartment is fitted with ceiling fans in lounges and all bedrooms. Electric radiators are fitted in lounge and all bedrooms. Gas water heating is provided to ensure an endless supply of hot water for showers/baths.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including washing machine. A full Sky/BBC/ITV package is installed in the lounge, along with a DVD player. The apartment is very child safe, and the fully enclosed back patio areas are ideal for leaving young children playing on their own.
Even though El Mirador is within easy walking distance of all amenities, it is located in a very quiet area, and is ideal for those undisturbed late morning lay ins.

The Swimming pool area has steps and handrails leading into the shallow end and as with the entire complex is well equipped for wheelchair access. The lift access area leading down to the underground secure parking places is just off the pool area.

Security grills are fitted on all exterior doors and windows and we require that these be kept locked at all times that the apartment is not occupied. As with anywhere on the Spanish Costas, and indeed any other tourist destinations, guests should always be aware of the possible presence of opportunist thieves, especially in the various street markets.
Conditions
A deposit of £150 per week booked, is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
There are no hidden charges for cleaning/linen etc., and no deposit for breakages is required, however we would be grateful if any breakages are replaced by the guests with similar quality.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


La Dehesa de Campoamor is a Village in the very south of the Costa Blanca, bordering on the Costa Calida.
The climate is probably the best in Spain, and there being no heavy industry anywhere near this area it is considered by The World Health Organisation to be one of the healthiest places in the world to live.
Benidorm with Terra Mitica and Terra Natura theme parks is only an hours drive along the motorway, and the really "Spanish" towns of Cartagena and Murcia, with all their culture, are only 30 minutes away by car.
Torrevieja, which has a huge expat community in the surrounding area, is well worth a visit. It has a permanent street market, fantastic shopping, Superb Water Park (June-Oct), Miles of Promenades and Cafes, etc. etc.
The La Glea area
Campoamor Village itself is Very "Spanish". It is a blend of High rise apartment blocks, all with fantastically kept Gardens, and hundreds of beautiful Villas in and around the protected pine forested area.
For those interested in riding there is a good Equestrian Centre only a few minutes walk from El Mirador.
The new outdoor Village Sports Centre even provides Floodlit Tennis Courts, Swimming Pool, Cafe area etc.
There is a large Children's play Park, Restaurants, Pitzza House, Ice cream Parlour, Supermarket, Chemist and a very good gift shop.
Afew minutes walk in the opposite direction from El Mirador takes you up to the Costa de Orihuela "Strip", where you will find all services, plus numerous, bars, cafes, clubs, etc. This area is a hive of activity until well into the early hours, and is in complete contrast to the quiet, laid back Village, just the other side of the bay.
