Apartment is part of a small, private development of only 28 apartments with lift and parking in secure, gated area. The main building is protected by a video entry phone system. Lovely, shared pool with sunbathing area and security railings to protect children.
Large, furnished balcony with magnificent views extending over the village and as far as the Alps on the horizon. 25 mins from St.Tropez and a wide choice of lovely beaches. 2 mins walk to village which has a good selection of restaurants and shops.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region
The Provence region is one of the loveliest in France. It has a wonderful climate and is very pretty with its famous towns and medieval hilltop villages to explore. It has some superb beaches which are very safe for children and of course fantastic restaurants and cafes to just sit in and watch the world go by. There are some landmarks worth visiting such as the beautiful Gorges du Verdon inland and of course the famous beaches, town and harbour of St. Tropez on the coast.
La Garde Freinet area
La Garde Freinet is a pretty, medieval village situated in the wooded hills of the Maures Massif and is within easy reach of the coast and St. Tropez (20km). It is an official conservation village and is full of provencal charm. A two minute walk from the apartment takes you to the heart of the village which has several bars, restaurants, shops, bakeries, a bank, chemist and a doctors surgery.
The surrounding countryside offers beautiful walks and the opportunity to visit numerous vineyards. It is a very peaceful and unspoilt area yet close to the Cote d'Azur with its renowned beaches, shopping and entertainment. There are also some lovely historic villages such as Gassin, Grimaud and Ramatuelle nearby.

Conditions
Stays can be any length of time although a minimum of 5 days is required. Long term rentals can be considered. Non-smokers only. A 25% non-refundable deposit is paid on booking with the balance plus a deposit against breakages/damage etc of £150 to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Arrivals after 9pm hours incur a 75 euros surcharge. Pls note arrivals and departures can be on any day of the week to take advantage of the competitive airline prices.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
These rates include all electricity, water and linen however please bring your own towels and tea towels. These can be provided but at a small, extra charge of £10 per person.
A non-returnable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking. Also a £150 deposit against breakages/damages is required to be sent with the balance of the rental. This will be returned after the apartment has been satisfactorily checked on departure. The balance should be sent not less than 4 weeks before arrival date and this, when received, is non-refundable.
Arrivals and departures can be any day of the week and stays can be any length of time (minimum stay of 5 days except July and August when it is a minimum stay of one week). Pls note arrivals after 9.00pm incur a 75 euro surcharge. Pls also note that arrivals should be after 4pm if someone is leaving the apartment the same day. Similarly departures should be by 11.00am if guests are arriving the same day.
