Gîte de 40 m2 pour 4 personnes (2 enfants + 2 adultes), accueillant et clair, à la terrasse ensoleillée bordée d'arbustes et équipée d'un barbecue en pierre, à quelques pas de la piscine chauffée par une pompe à chaleur de fin mai à mi-septembre et de l'espace ping-pong couvert. Le salon/cuisine comprend lave-vaisselle, cuisinière à gaz avec four, réfrigérateur-congélateur, four à micro-ondes, bouilloire et cafetière électriques, grille-pain, fer à repasser, canapé, télévision à écran plat avec chaînes françaises ou anglaises. Les 2 chambres sont spacieuses, avec un grand lit de 160 cm dans l'une et des lits superposés de 90 cm, ainsi qu'un lit en 80 cm pour un jeune enfant dans l'autre. WiFi gratuite. Accès lave-linge partagé. Parking privé dans la propriété.

A welcoming and sunny gîte (2 adults + 2 children) with convenient access to the landscaped gardens, covered table-tennis and heated swimming pool (the pool is heated with a heat pump from May half-term to mid September). The patio has a barbecue and is secluded by an attractive rockery. The kitchen/lounge is well equipped with a dishwasher, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, iron, sofa, UK TV. The two bedrooms are spacious (one with a king-size bed, the other with bunk beds and a single bed). Free wifi. There is access to a laundry room with a shared washing machine. Living space: 40 m2

Why can't I call Cathy (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cathy (the owner) a message.

If Cathy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
