About the home

Villa Carolla is a fully furnished 4 bedroomed house with its own private swimming pool, gardens and sun terraces on three floors.
It is a 5 minute walk to the village promenade where there are many unique fish restaurants and stylish Spanish tapas bars. It is a 10 min drive from the busy resorts of Port Colon, Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos.

The bedrooms of Villa Carrolla consist of 2 rooms with twin single beds and 1 master double bedroom on the ground floor. The first floor has 1 double bedroom and its own private patio area. The villa has its own private swimming pool and several sun lounge relaxing areas on three floors with a small landscaped garden. The private upper sun terraces offer stunning sea views to the front and the backdrop of the idyllic Tiede mountain range at the rear.

The furnishings at the villa are a mixture of traditional Spanish and modern, having recently been refurnished. The dining area seats eight and there are comfortable sofas in the lounge. The villa has wi-fi and the television has BBC, ITV, news and sports TV stations.

The soft furnishings have recently been replaced providing a comfortable clean immaculate villa. There are plenty of towels, both bath and beach for you to use and if staying for 2 weeks or more the bed linen will be changed and the villa mini-cleaned - all in the price.
We have a meet and greet service on your arrival and can arrange flowers etc (at additional cost) for those celebrating a special occassion.

Further details outdoors:
There are several patio areas on the ground floor, with sun loungers around the pool. The pool is 6m sguare by 5ft deep. There is a large terrace on the first floor with an eating area and sun loungers. Up again and enjoy the roof terrace looking over La Caleta.
There is a new bar area with 6 seats for relaxing, especially with that evening cocktail!

Although the villa sleeps 8 we do take bookings for smaller groups and we can provide a price on an individual basis. Please feel free to contact us.

Conditions

A 20% deposit secures your booking with the balance becoming due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A meet and greet service is in operation therefore flight details are required.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife features the lowest temperature 'difference' between summer and winter for anywhere in the world. The weather rarely includes rain, but there is no specific 'rainy season'. The minimum and maximum annual average air temperatures in Tenerife are about 15C in winter and 24C in summer. The Island offers a surprising variety of micro-climatic weather zones, enabling people to almost 'choose' their climate, depending on where they live. The Trade winds, together with the refreshing Gulf air currents, are the major weather factors that contribute to Tenerife's climate. The great altitude of Mount Teide gets up to three months of snow - yet it is still possible to enjoy a swim on the beach within an hour's ride. The coastal areas enjoy the most sunshine, the best weather, the least clouds and highest temperatures.

The La Caleta area

In the immediate vicinity of the villa there are a number of eclectic tapas bars, great fish restaurants, stylish wine bars & other shopping facilities. The Sea front promenade, the harbour and the new sandy beach/gardens are only a 5 minute gentle stroll.

There are various 4 and 5 star hotels within walking distance to the villa; where top class regular nightly entertainment and bar/eating facilities are available to non residents.

The liveley, bustling resorts of Playa de Las Americas, Port Colon ( whale trips ) & Los Cristianos are only
10-15 minutes by car/taxi or 25 minute by the local and regular bus service. (The bus stop is 30metres from the villa). These resorts are busy tourist beach, shopping and night life venues: where the Aqua Water Park and the newly opened Siam Water Park are also located.

Adeje Sur Golf Club is only 1 mile away; at the top of the village. This Club was the venue for The 2003 Spanish Open - facilities include an 18 hole course; a 9 hole course; a driving range; and a relaxing clubhouse: ALL available to the public.

For the more energetic, a brand new £20 million sports facility has just opened at the top of the village.
It boasts of both an Olympic 50m and also a 25m open air swimming pools. Gym, squash, volleyball and outdoor tennis facilities are also available. ALL open for local public use.

25 miles from the Tenerife South airport : this quaint fishing village is close to the major resorts of Los Cristianos, Playa de las America and Costa Adeje. There is a local bus service which will take you to these resorts for as little as a couple of euros.
We can recommend a car hire company if you don't want to use a taxi
