This Luxury private villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large lounge. In the centre of the house is a patio which represents the heart and meeting point. The large terraces around the house (approx. 180 m2) offer dream views along the coast line and La Gomera. The pool has a size of 6 x 4 m, the Jacuzzi is solar heated and from the terrace leads a private stair case to the seashore.
The large lounge is tastefully decorated and has a SAT-TV with English BBC channels and a Hifi music centre for CD’s. There is Internet connection ,also telephone with incoming international calls, outgoing local calls free.
The master bedroom has a large double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower/WC. The second bedroom has also a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m. The third bedroom has two single beds 90 x 1.80 m each. There is a second bathroom next to it with tub/shower/WC.
The kitchen is small but fully equipped with: Fridge/freezer, microwave, hob with 3 gasflames-1 electrical plate/oven, toaster coffee machine, mixer, tee boiler dishwasher etc. There is also a tap with filtered potable water in the kitchen.
