Welcome to Las Acacias, within this privately managed complex there is parking, swimming pool, and uninterrupted views over the sea and mountains from two balconies. Supermarket, bars and restaurants in 3 minutes walk, La Cala is a 10 minute walk. Bus service and Taxi Rank. Two bedroom apartment, main bedroom with private balcony.

Sun Balcony - al fresco eating/sun bathing, Sleeps four comfortably (twin beds), Child’s cot provided on request, Linen and towels provided, Laundry facilities available in apartment, Fully fitted/equipped kitchen, One bathroom - including shower, TV with Sky box provided, card not supplied. The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Torrenueva is a small, pleasant, mature community on the coast some 10 miles east of Marbella and Puerto Banus and 25 minutes drive west along the coast road from Malaga Airport. The apartment is about five minutes walk from the beach with a small number of pleasant beach bars/restaurants and areas of sun-loungers and umbrellas. The local community boasts a bar and a small number of restaurants. Although the choice is endless - El Cortillo in La Cala, Antonio's on the beach at Miraflores, Guiseppe’s in Puerto Cabopino and The Bistro in Fuengirola, deserve a mention. There is also a supermarket/newsagents just a few minutes walk from the apartment, at the bottom of the hill.

La Cala is a short walk away, along the beach or direct, and has many restaurants, banks and cyber-cafes plus the best local Supermarkets, Supersol and Mercando. Puerto Cabopino is a few minutes away by car towards Marbella and is prettier and more bijou than the better known Puerto Banus. It's a great spot for eating - breakfast or dinner - and the beach area is excellent.

Malaga is the nearest airport and is serviced by both budget (Easy Jet) and national airlines (BA, Iberia). Torrenueva is a small, pleasant, mature community on the coast some 10 miles east of Marbella and Puerto Banus and 25 minutes drive west along the coast road from Malaga Airport. From Malaga Airport, take the A7/N340 dual carriageway for Marbella and Cadiz and stay on it all the way to the turn off for Torrenueva – Las Acacias is just a few hundred metres off the turning. NOTE: The original N340 is being progressively upgraded to the A7. Don’t confuse this with the toll road – the AP7.

What to look for as you approach the turning -
You will by-pass Torremolinos and Benalmadina. Staying on the A7/N340 you will pass Fuengirola and after about 20 minutes travelling from Malaga you will see a welcome sign for La Cala de Mijas on your right hand side. You will see La Cala on your left and a BP petrol station. Continuing for about 200m you will be approaching the blue and white sign for Torrenueva and be ready to turn off the main road. Turn off here!
At the first island, go straight ahead and at the second island go up the hill in front of you, keeping the landmark modern yellow building of estate agents Unicasa on your left, Las Acacias is the first turning on the right and 12D is in the first block.

Conditions

The views from the two Balconies are beautiful, it was great dining on the main balcony overlooking sea and mountains.

The apartment is serviced once, for the duration of your stay, prior to your arrival which includes cleaning, laundry, linen and bath towels. Should you require service during your rental period English speaking staff maintain the apartment and will attend to your needs. You will need to agree charges for services you request at the time of asking and pay directly for them directly.
