Home description

The APARTMENT is situated on the lower ground floor of our Villa and sleeps 6 people comfortably. It has been completely re-furbished for this season and contains 2 bedrooms (both with double beds) with a bed settee in lounge and 2 shower rooms. It has a lovely lounge with an open plan kitchen containing a hob, micro-wave oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle etc: for your use. Satellite television is supplied bringing in "free to air" channels ie. ITV, BBC and channel 4 etc; making you feel at "home" We supply Cool Air Fans in hot weather for your comfort.The apartment is situated on the lower ground floor of our Villa and is accessed via the drive-way as you can see in the picture.There is plenty of light coming in via the Patio Doors. All equipment is supplied that you will need for an enjoyable holiday.
ON THE OTHER HAND we offer ROOMS in our VILLA on a Bed and Breakfast basis which includes a Full English Breakfast or Continental Breakfast daily (depending on your choice)served in the Dining Room or on the Sun Terrace OR ROOM ONLY basis.These rooms are one with a 5' bed and one with twin beds. The shared bathroom has an in-bath shower, bidet and wc. directly opposite these rooms.
Air conditioning for your comfort in very hot weather is used throughout the villa. Ceiling Fans are fitted in the Bedrooms for extra comfort.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Torrenueva/La Cala de Mijas is a very well known part of the Costa del Sol with plenty of activities.La Cala de Mijas was once a small fishing village so therefore has numerous Fish Restaurants and there are many more restaurants, nearby.

There are numerous Golf Courses around the area.There is also a fitness centre very nearby. A market is here on Wednesdays and Saturdays where one can purchase many souvenirs.

The Villa is situated centrally for visiting interesting places ie Puerto Banus, Benalmadena Port. Malaga City, Marbella and the lovely whitewashed village of Mijas. Coach Trips are available to these areas which can be easily arranged locally. Costa del Sol boasts more than 300 days of sunshine per year.


La Cala, Mijas area

La Cala de Mijas/Torrenueva is on the N340 Coast Road and about 25 minutes drive from Malaga Airport. It is a very popular complex and well known to both residents and holiday-makers.

Visitors come flocking back to the area for the Golf Courses - the beaches and the many attractions in and around the area including Flea Markets in La Cala de Mijas.

Racing at the Hippodrome - (a lovely day out with the horses and jockeys) Puerto Banus and Marbella are a short drive away and a must for visitors with the designer shopping and all the beautiful surroundings.

All towels are supplied (including poolside towels) We have a lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi and it is a 5 minute walk to the many restaurants serving Chinese, Italian, Indian.Spanish and an English Bistro. We also have a good bar within this complex. "Steves Bar"

The Accommodation is ideally situated for visiting the The Golf Courses, Tennis Courts and Bowling Greens which are all within a 10 minute walk.The nearest Golf Course is situated in the next complex (Miraflores) which is a 2 minute drive away. We are ideally situated for visits to Marbella, Puerto Banus, Benalmadena, Mijas Village and Malaga. Or alternatively just a complete unwind and relaxing rest soaking in the Spanish Sunshine. Sea Fishing trips and golf days can be organised for you - please ask for details when booking your bed and breakfast. with us.

A 25% non-returnable deposit is payable at time of booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before your departure.
