Detached private villa with 3 double bedrooms and three bathrooms! The villa is recently built,modern, clean and comfortable with all upto date equipment. There are three spacious double bedrooms, two are with full en suites, and one of them with an upper sun terrace. All have plenty cupboard and drawer space. All bedrooms have fans and persianas. The third bedroom has a shower room next door including wash basin and loo. The large sun terrace around the pool makes living outside very easy and enjoyable. It has garden all around the villa.
This is a great location for all sorts of activities. The coastline is beautiful; great for walkers and cyclists. The beaches are clean with fine golden sand and gently shelving, ideal for children. The Pyrennees can be seen from the Villa and skiing is only 1.5hrs away.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
The Costa Brava is blessed with a wonderful coastline and attracts people from all walks for life. It is full of history and many places of interest. The food is excellent with plenty of fresh vegetables and fish. Catalonia runs up to the Pyrenees which are breath taking. In the space of two hours you can be on golden beaches, in bountyful forests or skiing and walking in the mountains.
L'Escala area
L'Escala is an old fishing town that has a population of about 7000 which means facilities are open all year. Development has been carefully and tastefully carried out, many Villas being individually designed and it has recently enhanced its superb marina. Within 30 minutes drive of L'Escala, places like Figueras (Salvador Dahli's Museum), Roses & Empuria Brava,(little venice of Catalunia) and beautiful Girona can be reached, each having its own attraction. The great excavation of the Grecian & Roman remains at Empurias are less than 15 minutes away tucked behind beachy coves and blue water.
How to get there
Fly to:
Girona(Gerona) with Ryanair - 40 mins drive from the Villa. Barcelona with Easyjet or other main line airlines - 1.5 hrs drive from the Villa. Perpignyan with Ryanair - 1 hr drive from the Villa.
By Car from Calais = 12 hrs.
Hire cars:
Strong advice: Order when booking flight ticket as all cars must be reserved for collection at the airport. Recommened Car Hire Companies are Hertzrentacar.com or Europcar.com. Pick up is simple and getting to the villa is easy as it is mostly on the motorway. Maps are provided at the airport.
Taxis: These can be arranged for collection and drop off.

Further details indoors: This is a very well looked after property and presented in extremely good order.
It's southern orientation gets a lot of light and sun though there are areas either in the garden or under the porch terrace that afford shade if required.
Set in its own walled grounds provides privacy and peace of mind.
The Villa is about 1 km from the main beach and 2km from the old town so benefits from being in a tranquil area but close to all amenities including shops.

An English speaking person will meet & greet you and manage any queries you may have on your stay. This person is responsible for the maintenance of the Villa and pool so knows the property and area very well.
