Modern apartment 10 minute walk from restaurants and old town of L'Escala. Ideal complex and centre for family holiday with pool and close to beach. Walking, cycling, horse riding, golf and water sports all nearby.

Lovely apartment with 3 bedrooms, (1 double en suite, 1 twin, 1 single). American kitchen fully equipped, lounge, family bathroom, large terrace with South west aspect, over looking pool with views of mountains and forests. Situated 600 metres from beach.

Ample street parking to front of premises. Tennis courts for hire within 5 minutes walk. Bicycles available for hire in LEscala old town. Buses to Girona and Barcalona within a short walk. The old hamlet of Sant Marti,its famous church where music concerts are held,the square full of open air restaurants and the Greek and Roman remains are all within walking distance,along a coastal path overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, with views across to Roses.

Pool available for use between 9am and 9pm, exclusively for apartment building residents.

Time of arrival after 4pm. Time of departure by 10am.
These times maybe subject to alteration after discussion with the owner.

Conditions

June,July and August minimum of one week stay, Saturday to Saturday.
March, April, May, September and October, minimum break 4 nights at pro rata rate.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region

L'Escala is at the centre of an historic and interesting area of the Costa Brava. The Greek and Roman settlements at Empuries, the Dali museum in Figueres are nearby. This beautiful coast has numerous picturesque small and medium sized bays with safe sandy beaches. The sea and sandy coves are ideal for scuba diving and local instruction is available.

Golf, horse riding, cycling and mountain walking in the Pyrenees are all easily accessible. Both the great catalan cities of Barcelona and Girona are easily accessible for day trips at 120 kms and 55kms respectively.

The L'Escala area

L'Escala is an ideal family destination with easy access from all Europe, situated at the southern end of the beautiful Bay of Roses. There are daily fruit and vegetable markets and a weekly Sunday morning market.

A variety of bars and restaurants are located in the town and surrounding area.
