Apartment to let in the stunning seaside resort of L'Ampolla. This brand new ground floor apartment sleeps 4. It comprises 1 bedroom with double bed as well as a large studio lounge/dining kitchen area with sofa bed, dining furniture and all kitchen appliances including washing m/c. 1 bathroom with large shower, basin and toilet. All towels and bedding are included. The air conditioned lounge has patio doors leading out onto a furnished patio with wall and gate with use of a swimming pool.
This apartment is ideal for families and is fenced with secure parking. You can enjoy a sea view and are only 150m from the beach and within walking distance to the beautiful harbour town with many amenities. The town has good transport links but the area is best discovered by car.

Air conditioned with tiles throughout to keep the interior cool in the summer. Roller shutters on all windows and patio doors to provide shade.
Ample storage in the double bedroom.
Comfortable open plan lounge and dining area to relax or entertain in.

Patio doors lead to a ground level terrace with dining table, chairs and two sun loungers.. A 3 ft wall surrounds the terrace and a gate leads to the swimming pool only 3 metres away. Perfect for keeping young children safe and within sight of adult supervision. The whole of the grounds and parking area is further fenced and secured by remote electric gate.
Further details
Upon enquiry bookings can be made provisionally. These bookings can then comfirmed upon reciept of a FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit (usually £100). This deposit can be made via bank transfer on online using Paypal or by cheque (once cleared).
The balance must then be paid upon arrival.
The deposit will be reimbursed on departure upon an inspection of the property.

The Costa Dorada/Tarragona region


Costa Dorada, situated on the Catalan coast south of Barcelona, is characterised by its long, sandy beaches and the picturesque seaside villages dotted around the coastline that attest to the region's long history of fishing. It is a region of beaches lapped by shallow, crystalline waters perfect for bathing, as well as peaceful rural areas between the mountains and the sea, where the peaceful villages have preserved a traditional rural way of life amid fields of grape vines, carob, hazelnut and almond trees.
It should come as no surprise, then, that the Costa Dorada is one of Spain's most popular destinations for family holidays, receiving an average of 3,500,000 visitors per year. In total the area has over 500,000 hotel beds as well as many alternative forms of accommodation such as campsites and apartments.
Naturally, the beaches of the Mediterranean, coupled with the sunny climate, is the main reason why most visitors come to Costa Dorada. Nevertheless, the intrepid and open-minded traveller will find a wealth of fascinating cultural and historical sites, ranging from historic towns (such as Reus, Valls, Montblanc, Tortosa) and the great medieval monasteries of Poblet, Santes Creus and Scala Dei, to abrupt sierras with big game reserves (Tivissa, Cardó and Ports de Tortosa), and the unique, extensive Ebro Delta with its labyrinth of irrigation channels and pools.
The L'Ampolla area
L'Ampolla is situated on the east coast of Spain in the Catalonia province. It is a seaside resort with a harbour and marina. The small town is situated between Barcelona and Valencia a comfortable 1 1/2hr drive from Barcelona and only 35min drive from the popular resort of Salou (Reus airport). L'Ampolla is based on the Ebro delta, a rich fertile area famous for it's rice farming, natural parks and an abundance of wildlife. The river Ebro itself is renowned for its record breaking catfish. There are also many small mountain ranges ideal for hiking/walking. There are also many good local beaches to visit in this area. Salou is home of one of the largest European theme parks and water park, (Port Aventura), so there's plenty to keep the kids entertained.

First time i went abroad to Spain, the apartment was everything the add made it out to be apart from sea view. But nevertheless we had a great time and made great use of the pool available. Was very clean and secure. Martin and Sarah were very helpful and welcoming. If i was to go back to L'ampollo i would definitely use the same apartment again all the best to ya all Michael |
