About the home

Three bedroom, modern villa with private pool and garden area on sunny side of the avenue. all towels including beach towels, eight sun loungers with 5 parasols are provided, children are well catered for with cot, playpen, high chair and potty provided ,while locally there is a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery within easy walking distance. Local beaches are ideal for children as they are fine sand with shallow water and all have blue flag awards. The coast line of Ametlla de Mar is noted for its cleanliness and is one of the cleanest in Europe.300 meters from villa is a park with boules and football with a small bar. The villa is ideally situated for touring the area, and Port Aventura theme park is only a 30 minute drive and well worth a day out. Also, the Delta Ebre nature reserve and River Ebre are only a 30 minute drive away.Fishing locally either sea or river is fantastic ,Trips can be arranged if needed.

Conditions

A 10% non returnable deposit is required to secure your chosen dates.The final balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.

A £150 refundable deposit is also required with the final balance and will be returned to you upon a satisfactory check being carried out on the villa on the day of departure. Please enquire for any special offers available.

The Costa Dorada/Tarragona region

The ancient city of Tarragona with its Roman ruins and the town of Reus (birthplace of the archetect Gaudi) are well worth a visit (a half hour drive).

The seaside towns of Cambril's, Salou, and Miami Plaja have many fine sandy beaches which are never crowded, even in the summer months.

Universal Studio theme parks, Port Aventura, and Costa Caribe water park are also a short drive away near Cambrils and Salou.

The L'Ametlla de Mar / Tres Calas area

Amettla de Mar is a busy old sea fishing port with its narrow streets and plentiful shops and restaurants is ideal for a holiday centre. For the fisherman the River Ebro is a 45-minute drive away with wells catfish (up to 200lbs), carp, chub, barbel and zander among the target species.

The Ebro Delta is the second most important wetland habitat area in Western Europe and home to some 300 different species of birds during the year, with autumn being the best viewing time as over wintering species mix with those migrating south.
