Villa VERDE - L’AMETLLA DE MAR - SANT JORDI D’ALFAMA (9/11persons)

Beautiful Villa with private pool, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and outside closed showerroom. Breathtaking view on Sea and Mountains. Splendidly tropical private garden with wide sun terrace. It is located in a very quiet spot in a residential area. Close to golfcourt Bonmont and sea.
Very quiet lain villa at l ' Ametlla the mar in urbanisation Sant Jordi d ' Alfama. Villa has been lain in a coming to an end street bordering to a green area and has its own garden of 3000m.

Classification
The living has arranged with sitting and dining room. Digital satellite TV, video, DVD and CD music centre is present. Also there is a dining table. The two double garden door gives access to the covered terrace. Here stand relaxation chairs and a large teak dining table (2.40x1.00). From this covered terrace you will kick down and come on 160m large terraces. A very wide well equipped kitchen with cooking ring (4) provided by butanogas, dishwasher, refrigerator with freeze, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, orange juice press, etc. Complete crockery and cutlery sets, glasses and table accessories are abundantly present. The washing machine and drum stand in a separate space with an extra fridge-freezer. The four bedrooms have in sum nine single beds (90x2.00) and have access to the 2 bathrooms (inside villa). Continental quilt and pillows are present. In the living a sofabed(1.60x2.00)

Adjacent to the villa is the covered terrace in L – form. A little bit lower the sun terraces where the private pool is. In the terrace what exists from nature stone halogen lightening have been incorporated so when it grows dark your garden changes in a fairy tail. In this tropical garden stands more than 20 palm trees. The swimming pool 5x10 is providing with a walk in chair and it has been preserved with mosaic flags and has halogen lightening. The villa is provide with teak furniture all provide with pillows, this to increase your comfort. In the garden an outside well enclosed showerroom and extra open shower are hidden behind a bamboo forest. Also there is a barbecue.

In this villa is a childbed and baby chair. The villa has been protected with iron grills and wooden shutters for all windows and doors. This villa has a drive and parking for several cars.

The garden is 3000m and tropical decorated you have a sun terrace of 150m and inside this is the pool (5x10) with a walk in stair. You have a lighting in the pool and also groundfloorlightening in the terrace.
The terrace on the roof is also magnificent. You could be there in private together with the sun.

Deposit - A 30% deposit is due to secure your booking. Full payment by banktransfer is due 8 weeks before travel.

Security Deposit - There will be a security deposit of 375,- Euros payable in cash on arrival (in either local currency or pounds sterling). This deposit will be refunded in full at the end of the holiday subject to the villa and it´s contents being returned to the property owner in the same condition. Any damages, losses or breakages will be deducted from the security deposit.

Tenants leave the house on the day of departure at the latest for 10.00 in the morning.

On the arrival day, commencement hiring period, you can involve the house as from 16.00 in the afternoon.
