Villa Maria is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom as from january 2012 property, with large 11 mr x 5 mtr private pool set in spacious surroundings. Set in a quiet location, yet within walking distance to the local shopping plaza where you can buy fresh croisants for al fresco breakfast on the terrace or eat at the local restaurants. The gardens are planted with a wide assortment of fruit trees, with one of the terraces covered with fruiting grape vines. Ideal for those long summer evenings with family or friends.
The large rear patio area houses its own private pool and sun terrace , from here you can see the local mountains or the nearby Mediterranean. Sun beds and a range of garden furniture ensure your comfort in our
villas. Air con has just been fitted,and for 2012 there will be 2 x onsuite bathroom to the king size bedrooms

4 bedroms, consiting of a 2 kingsize master bedrooms with onsuits and 1 other double bedroom plus 1 xl children's bedroom with 5 beds and tv and dvd extra beds can be found in the lounge and extra single beds to as required .
2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower unit,
cots and high chairs are available for hire
There are no hiden costs as all gas/water/electricity linen and towels including beach towels are inclusive.

LVilla Maria is set in a large plot of 800 m2, planted with fruit trees and hanging vines. The gardens are private scented and secluded.as is the pool the villa has secure gated private parking for 4 cars
it also includes a shaded nayo for romantic after dinner drinks
The newly designed large patio and bbq area with alfresco dining for 14 people or more is shaded by palm trees, with steps that lead upto the raised terrece area with floodlit 11 meter swimming pool wich is secluded with panoramic views of the mountains and a shaded area with a 4 meter square parasole umbrella with table and chairs and sunbeds ( the sound of the crickets are also included foc lol)

A 25 % deposit is required with a completed booking form.
Final payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
There will be a damage security and cleaning deposit of £300 per booking, which is payable with the final payment. This will be returned, in full, within 10 days of the keys being returned, subject to there being no damage to the property and the property having been left generally clean and tidy.
All guests may enter the villa at 4pm on arrival and must vacate at 10am to allow the villa to be cleaned for the next guests.

THERE IS A 25% DEPOSIT ON BOOKING THE VILLA AND THE REMAINDER TO BE PAID 8 WEEKS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
The villa is managed by myself and English speaking local reps who provide a full pre-arrival administration service as well as a full support service.
All rental clients are given full directions to Las Tres Calas where you will be met on arrival and guided to the Villa. You will then be shown around the villa and familiarised with the area, and provided with an information folder, and contact numbers for any queries during your stay
there is a 25% deposit required for retainning the villa
There are booking forms suplied acceptance of the keys to the villa means you agree and understand to the terms in the contract booking form

Chris and Jackie run a smooth ship and have made sure all needs covered. The villa has a wonderful view of the hills behind the villa and a working sea fishing town 10 minutes away' with plenty of bars and resturants , shops . Easy travelling to Port Aventura and the wonderful old roman town of Tarragona. An area of Spain thats still knows its Spanish ! i found the villa not so good problems with air con and freezer but to top it all did not even get the villa we booked i am sure good reason but never explained as for villa we stayed in only 2... more |

Holiday enjoyed by all at this lovely villa. Good location, shops close by, restaurants a short drive away. Villa was well eqipped and the kitchen had all the appliances we could wish for. The fridge outside was a boon as it saved wet feet on the lounge floor when our sons wanted a cold beer. Would definitely book this villa again.
