All electricity/gas/water are inclusive in the price.WE EVEN PROVIDE BEACH TOWELS SO LESS LUGGAGE TO BRING Bikes are available for hire. Various welcome packs can be arranged, Cots and high chairs also for hire. Airport collection and drop off can be arranged for Reus and Barcelona an 7 seater people carrier is also available with the villa as an extra A 25 % deposit is required with a completed booking form. Final payment is required 12 weeks prior to arrival date. There will be a breakages and cleaning deposit of £300 per booking, which is payable with the final payment. This will be returned, in full, within 10 days of the keys being returned, subject to there being no damage to the property and the property having been left generally clean and tidy. All guests may enter the villa at 4pm on arrival and must vacate at 10am to allow the villa to be cleaned for the next guests.

All rental clients are given full directions to Las Tres Calas where you will be met on arrival and guided to the Villa. You will then be shown around the villa and familiarised with the area, and provided with an information folder, and contact numbers for any queries during your stay
there is a 25% deposit required for retainning the villa There are booking forms suplied acceptance of the keys to the villa means you agree and understand to the terms in the contract booking form
