This 4 bedroom villa benefits from its own private 10m swimming pool with large steps at the shallow end ,in a lockable gated area perfect for children
The villa has just been re-furbished, with new modern kitchen, new pool and patio area, new shower rooms and re tiled and modenised.
and there is a new outside shower fitted and in jan/feb 2012 the pool and patio area will be walled and gated for child protection (this is now under constution
and air con in all bedrooms and lounge

The villa is managed by myself and English speaking local reps who provide a full pre-arrival administration service as well as a full support service.
All rental clients are given full directions to Las Tres Calas where you will be met on arrival and guided to the Villa. You will then be shown around the villa and familiarised with the area, and provided with an information folder, and contact numbers for any queries during your stay
there is a 25% deposit required for retainning the villa
There are booking forms suplied acceptance of the keys to the villa means you agree and understand to the terms in the contract booking form

The area has olive, orange lemon groves, almond trees and grape vines. Brandy and wine are made locally. The skies are blue, the sun shines most of the time, with light breezes from the mountains

it is a very cozy house, although the mattresses are not very well... if he is only one week old it is possible to happen but if there are more days you finish with a backache... Chris and his wife are very nice, although they do not speak anything of esapañol. on having come to the house, everything was in conditions, but we realized that there was no TV in Spanish, to my way of seeing a big mistake, because we are in Spain... and simpre there is some moment that feels like to you seeing it... alone it was in English!!!! we speak with Chris, buy a TDT, and the luck of having a brother electrician, because it did all the connection work to be able to see it..., so thanks to my brother and Chris's help that never everything opposite complained esstuvo in agreement in everything. So at the end of the stay he returned us the deposit and the price of the TDT that we had bought without problems!!! It is a marvelous house to happen a few days, and it would be much better if they were taking care of some small details, since one notices that it is a rent house... undoubtedly it would rent it again, but this time for more than one week!! angela Response: hello thank you for your good comments im having spanish tv fitted in both villas in 2012 and some of the mattresses are being updated as i do ever year as its the end of season im glad you enjoyed your sty with us and hope to see you again next year thank you chris |

We loved our stay in Casa Chris, it was just what we we were looking for, perfect to relax. If you want to do some sightseeing it is also perfect as there are plenty things to see around, but you would need a car for that. THIS VILLA HAS JUST BEEN TOTALY REFURBISHED AND BEING BROUGHT UP TO MODERN DAY STANDARDS ROBERT AND SARAH, GLASGOW.
