Charming Provencal villa with inside patio, private pool, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. Drive covered with shadow. Beautiful tropical private garden with wide sunterraces. Lots of covered terraces and a great outside kitchen with view over the swimmingpool. It is located in a quiet spot in a residential area.

Quiet lain villa at l ' Ametlla the mar in urbanisation Les Tres Cales. Villa is situated in a street connecting with a natural green area. Pivate unclosed garden 1200m2. Distance to the sea 3000m.

In the villa costs still effort have been saved. So your holiday comfort is optimally.

Classification
The living has arranged with sitting and dining area. Digital satellite TV, video, DVD and CD music centre is present. Two double gardendoors provides you access at the L shape covered terrace with sitting area. A large wide, half open connected with living area, well equipped kitchen with cooker on gas, dishwasher, refrigirator with freeze, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, mixer, toaster, orange juice press, etc. Complete crockery and cutlery sets, glasses and table accessoires are bundantly present. Kitchen is connected with inside patio, with sunterrace and olivetree. A covered terrace with L shape couch, large teakwood table and chairs. For the morning breakfast the best place.

Four bedrooms. Two situated in main villa, one connected with inside patio, double bed (1.40x2.00m) and 2 large wardrobes. Second bedroom, two single beds (0.80x2.00m) and large wardrobe, connected with backgarden where the pool is situated. Bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet.
Livingroom with two sleepingcoaches (0.80x1.80m). The two other bedrooms are situated in the Tower of the villa which both have there own private entrance. The bedroom on the groundfloor, two single beds (0.80x2.00) and wardrobe, the bedroom on the first floor has one double bed (1.35x1.80m) a large wardrobe and washbasin. The shower room is on the groundfloor, with shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine. All bedrooms are provided with continental quilts and pillows. All the bedrooms provided with decoration and colours in typical Moorisch style.This villa is provided with a cot and highchair.

The Tower is located in the back garden connected with the paviljoen, with her Tropical decorated garden. The sunterraces of 150m2 are provide with teak sunbeds all provide with pillows, this to increase your comfort. Private swimming pool of 50m2 (5x10m) with a large walk in stair, has been covered with mosaic tiles and has halogen lightening for into the evening.
The great covered terrace of 36m2 (4x9m) has an outside kitchen with barbecue, teakwooden table and chairs for 10 persons. Also a lovely view on the pool and the tropical garden. The garden is enclosed well, naturism is possible.
The villa has been protected with iron grills and wooden shutters for all windows and doors. This villa has a drive and parking covered with shadow for several cars.

Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion
Prices are per week, not per person. Changeover day Saturday.
Rental period can be ask for one are two weeks/ high season two weeks. Always cleaning charge Euro 120,- .
Included usage of gas, water, electricity and maintenance of the swimming pool (1 x a week).
Bed linen and towels (only for use inside the villa) provided.
Deposit - A 30% deposit is due to secure your booking. Full payment by bank transfer is due 8 weeks before travel.
Security Deposit - There will be a security deposit of 750,- Euros payable in cash on arrival (in either local currency or pounds sterling). This deposit will be refunded in full at the end of the holiday subject to the villa and it´s contents being returned to the property owner in the same condition. Any damages, losses or breakages will be deducted from the security deposit.
Tenants leave the house on the day of departure at the latest for 10.00 in the morning. On the arrival day, commencement hiring period, you can involve the house as from 16.00 in the afternoon.

The Costa Dorada/Tarragona region

L'Ametlla de Mar, a typical and picturesque fishing village with a unique coastline. Located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea with its crystalline water, pine trees reaching the sea and an excellent cuisine thanks the fish caught by l'Ametlla's own fishing fleet. L'Ametlla de Mar has a 14 km long coastline which is formed of wonderful cliffs where you can discover, little by little bays of incredibly crystalline, blue water surrounded by rocks and pine trees, bays with fine, white sand like Cala del Trevol, Calafat, Sant Jordi, Others with pebble beaches such as the Xelin etc. Llenya or the natural harbour of L'Estany. Secluded places on this Baix Ebre coast where you will be able to find peace and quiet without crowds. It is located on 135km from Barcelona airport and 30km from Reus airport. It also has a good connection by train and car, (exit 39 highway A-7). The tropical environment, exotic atmosphere, Provencal aromatic smells of the herbs of thyme, rosemary, lavender and pine trees, you can see and enjoy the breathtaking sunrise and sunset, enjoy this microclimate and the crystal-clear sky here in Catatonia. These are some of the enjoys which turn around your holiday, feeling you are in Paradise. In the Atmosphere of full nature on only 6km from the village are located the residential urbanisation Calafat with its own modern marina and club, Marina Sant Jordi, Sant Jordi d'Alfama and Tres Cales. Their characteristic familial character, atmosphere of rest, infrastructure, recreation facilities, restaurants and limited through traffic make them so unique. The river, which flows through the main continent, ends up in the Delta de L'Ebre, into the sea. Here is the place were freshwater meets saltwater. This is the place the fish likes the most. Here we find the richest fishingplace at the Mediterranean Sea. The rich ricefields supply all Spain, also this is the place where you can see the flamingo with you own eye's. Catatonia has a rich cultural history, the monastery of Montserrat, the hype and progressive capital Barcelona, the musea, architectural masterpieces of Gaudy and long boulevards with shops will fascinate and please you.

The L'Ametlla de Mar / Tres Calas area

To ensure that you get around and get the best out of your holiday, we recommend that you hire a car. However, the villa is only a short walk from a well stocked supermarket , bakery, bars and restaurants; so if you simply want to chill out and enjoy the attractions of the villa and your own private pool, a taxi service is available for trips to L'Ametlla de Mar or local restaurants.

An excellent train service operates from L'Ametlla de Mar and services the Universal Studios adventure theme park at Port Aventura and Salou as well as connecting to the major Spanish train network. The Caribe Aqua Park in Salou provides superb entertainment for all ages. Come nightfall, Salou's bars, discos and nightclubs burst into life - most staying open at least into the early hours; many carrying on until breakfast!

Nearby Tarragona boasts an historic Roman amphitheatre among its many attractions and a visit to Reus, the city that witnessed the birth of Gaudi, the world famous architect, will reward you with the unique charm of a totally Mediterranean city.

Gaudi architecture has inspired many of the magnificent buildings that have made Barcelona one of the most impressive cities in the world. You can take a guided tour of the city from one of its many open-air buses that stop at all the attractions such as architecture by Antoni Gaudi or paintings from Picasso and many more. Do not forget the very famous 'Las Ramblas´ heaving with street entertainers, bars, cafes and restaurants. A visit to Gaudi’s, as yet, unfinished temple “La Sagrada Familia” is a unique experience, a continuing work of art. Barcelona is also home to the famous 'Camp Nou´ football stadium including the trophy museum that houses the original European cup. Barcelona is also a shopper’s haven hosting some of the finest fashion outlets and boutiques in Europe. This is the one city you will never forget.

By far the most enjoyable way of travelling to Barcelona is to avail of the regular train services from L’Ametlla de Mar to Barcelona Sants.

There are two Golf courses within easy driving distance of the villa. For the more discerning golfer, the 18 hole Bonmont Course proves really popular, even for professionals.

The villa is a 25 min drive from the magnificent River Ebro, renowned as one of the best fishing rivers in Europe. Cat fishing or carping provides a fantastic day out whilst on holiday. Boat & rod hire and any further information on fishing on the River Ebro are also available.

The world-renowned Ebro Delta Nature Reserve (7,800 hectares) with its rich and varied flora and fauna including vast expanses of rice paddy and incredible beaches and sand dunes provides a unique attraction for all nature and wildlife enthusiasts. Of international ecological interest are the large colonies of migratory water and sea birds – between 50,000 and 100.000 depending on season. The Delta is regarded as one of the most interesting bird watching locations in the Western Mediterranean.

Cambrils at 25km: seaside resort and port.
Reus at 40km: a rich city with the presence of all the big shops you can imagine.

Tarragona at 50km: with the Roman excavates.

REUS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Ryanair, one of the major low cost airlines, operates year round services to and from Reus International Airport, offering daily flights from Dublin, Glasgow/Prestwick, Liverpool, Luton and Stansted. Travel time by car from the airport to the villa is approximately 35 minutes. There are of course several other airlines operating charter flights to Reus.

EL PRAT BARCELONA AIRPORT
El Prat Barcelona Airport is served by a variety of low cost airlines, flying daily from Ireland and the UK, such as Aer Lingus, Easyjet, My Travel Lite, Thomson Fly etc. It is approximately 1.5 hours drive to Las Tres Calas (l'Ametlla de Mar) from El Prat Airport. Easyjet operates flights to El Prat from London Luton, London Stansted, Gatwick, Bristol, Liverpool & Newcastle. Aer Lingus now flies from Belfast International and Dublin.

GIRONA AIRPORT
Girona Airport is a bit further away but is still only 2.5 hours drive. The airport is located right beside the Autopista AP7 and you stay on this route all the way to L’Ametlla de Mar.

CAR HIRING
Hiring a car will enable you to explore the stunning seascapes and landscapes of southern Catalonia. If you are travelling on from Reus Airport, it has been our experience that it is more reliable to select a car hire company based in the terminal building. The following car hire companies are located in the arrivals hall: auriga crown, Europcar, Hertz, Sol-Mar. We suggest that you check prices on www.carjet.com If you are hiring a car at El Prat Barcelona, you should check the location of the car pick-up point as some of these are located off the airport concourse.
