About the home

Beautiful Villa with stunning views over the sea. This is a very high standard house, with 5 ( or 6 ) double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms + 2 WC , big living room and 800 m2 terrace and garden looking at the beach.
There is the posibility for only the same family who rent another NEW extra bedroom without window but with WC and air conditioning for 200.-€ x weel .The extra bedroom has capacity for 2 people more and extra cost of
200.-€ per week maximum capacity 12 people


Air conditioning only in 3 bedrooms .



The surface of the house is 275 m2.

The house has a very special decoration and every room has a completly diferent style; we have took care of every single detail , the colours, sheets sets, pillows,...everything we have in the house is a top quality material,for your use and enjoyment and always to increase your confort.
The house is located in a first line of the beach, in front of "Cala Bon Capó"; just 5 steps from the swimmingpool to this spectacular sandy creek, with hot and crystal clear water.There are wonderful sea views from the terrace where you will really enjoy your meals looking at the superbe blue sea.Nice barbecue next to the swimmingpool.

NOTE : There is a hotel next to the house with music and animation until 24:00h

BEDROOMS :
The house has 5 bedrooms (+ posibility to rent a NEW bedroom without window but with air conditioning and WC for 2 people more; maximum 12 ); each bedroom has different decoration, with a very good sense of taste and with all kind of details. The 4 bedrooms are located in the main house and the oriental one is independent connected with the pool and the terrace.

Main bedroom with huge bed ( 2 x 2 ) and big private bathroom decorated has Spanish- Moorish style.
There are 2 others doblebedrooms (180 cm) with 2 doubles's an another bathroom with shower.

On the 2 floor, just above the living room you will find the blueroom.A fantastic doblebedroom with a large bed( 2 x 2 ) .
And the last room is the Japanese room, located on the right part of the house connected with the main terrace where the pool is situated.Has 2 single beds with a private bathroom.

NEW BEDROOM: We give the posiblity to our clients (allway the same familie who rent the house) to rent a extra bedroom for 2 people ( total 12 people). This bedroom is separated of the house and it has not window but the room offers WC and air conditioning. The extra cost to rent the room for 2 people is 175.-€ x week

KITCHEN:

Totally complete kitchen with washing-machine, dishwasher,oven, fridge and all the necessary equipment for 10 people.The kitchen is open looking at the living room.

INTERIOR

The air conditioning is present in the main rooms, 2 nice sofa's, TV , satelite chanels and radio CD in the livingroom.
Private parking inside the house.

The surface of the garden and the terrace is around 800 m2 with a beautiful garden looking at the sea.The swimming pool size is 8 x 4 and you will find 12 lazy sunbeds around the swimming pool provided with pillows to increase your comfort.A nice Barbecue and cannopy's on the terrace.
Spectacular location just 5 steps from the swimming pool to the beautiful sandy beach of "Cala Bon Capó" and beautiful seaviews.

NOTE: There is a hotel on the same beach and they have animation and music from 22.00h to 24.00h.

- The check-in will be between 16 to 20 hrs. Exceptions are only possible in case of previous warning.
- The check-out will be from 8 to 10.
- Check in after 20:00 hrs and check out will have a extra payment of 60.-€

RESERVATIONS

After reservation we will sent an email with our banking details and the contract. Reservations should be finalised by down payment of 30% of the rent by bank transfer. Signed contract should be send by post, email or fax.

The Costa Dorada/Tarragona region

The Costa Dorada, or golden coast, offers miles of wonderful golden sands, washed by the crystal clear blue Mediterranean Sea. Costa Dorada has a long stretch of coast, interspersed with sandy beaches and pretty coves. The resorts have a traditional seaside atmosphere and are excellent for families, especially since the recent addition of the Universal Mediterranean theme park resort.

There is also an aqua park at La Pineda.
Port Aventura Theme and Water Park takes approximately 1.5 km to the gate entrance. It is Europe's second largest adventure theme park and is owned by Universal Studio. The big ride is the Dragon Khan, with its 70mph first drop and eight inversions. The indoor / outdoor Costa Caribe, the Caribbean-themed water park, also has a beach area and is an ideal venue to cool off.

Aquopolis Water Park is nearby. It has one of the most modern dolphinariums in Europe. There is also Aqualand Safari and Water Park within easy reach. The river, which flows through the main continent, ends up in the Delta de L'Ebre, into the sea. Here is the place were freshwater meets saltwater. This is the place the fish likes the most.

Here we find the richest fishingplace at the Mediterranean Sea. The rich ricefields supply all Spain, also this is the place where you can see the flamingo with you own eye's. Catatonia has a rich cultural history, the monastery of Montserrat, the hype and progressive capital Barcelona, the musea, architectural masterpieces of Gaudy and long boulevards with shops will fascinate .

Costa Dorada is also within easy reach of the ancient Roman city of Tarragona and the vibrant regional capital of Barcelona. Tourist attractions include Gaudi's Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, and Las Ramblas.

The L'Ametlla de Mar area

The house is located in the Residential area of Roques Daurades, it's around 1.5km far from the centre of the Villa of L'Ametlla de Mar, a fantastic typical Mediterranean Village around 120 km to the sud of Barcelona.
It’s a picturesque seaside town know for it’s wonderful coves and landscapes with still keeps it’s fishing tradition of yesteryear.The gastronomy based on the shellfish and fish as gained international reputation.You will find there multiple restaurants and nice people.

L'Ametlla de Mar is very quite and peaceful place but you can find there all the necessary amenities: supermarket (, good restaurants ,marine,scuba diving, bars, 1 open air disco,….and beatiful virgin beaches (creeks).There are no skyscrapers or long beaches crowded with people.The golden sandy beaches are the stars of our coastline where the scent of pine tress caresses the water.

L'Ametlla de Mar has a 14 km long coastline which is formed of wonderful cliffs where you can discover, little by little bays of incredibly crystalline, blue water surrounded by rocks and pine trees, bays with fine, white sand like Cala del Trevol, Calafat, Sant Jordi, Others with pebble beaches such as the Xelin etc. Llenya or the natural harbour of L'Estany. Secluded places on this Baix Ebre coast where you will be able to find peace and quiet without crowds. It is located on 135km from Barcelona airport and 30km from Reus airport. It also has a good connection by train and car, (exit 39 highway A-7).

The tropical environment, exotic atmosphere, Provencal aromatic smells of the herbs of thyme, rosemary, lavender and pine trees, you can see and enjoy the breathtaking sunrise and sunset, enjoy this microclimate and the crystal-clear sky here in Catatonia. These are some of the enjoys which turn around your holiday, feeling you are in Paradise. In the Atmosphere of full nature on only 6km from the village are located the residential urbanisation Calafat with its own modern marina and club, Marina Sant Jordi, Sant Jordi d'Alfama and Tres Cales.
