Situated high above the charming village of Karaoglanoglu but only approx 2 miles to Kyrenia, the sea and mountains from the 3 villa terraces, pool terraces and garden, all set in approx. 1/3 acre. The main Master bedroom has air con/heating and so does the living and kitchen area. Bed 1 with patio doors leads onto front terrace and mountain views. The pool with its extensive terracing and BBQ patio on the roof terrace can all be accessed from the front lounge, kitchen/dining room master bedroom and bedroom 2.

The Kyrenia District
Northern Cyprus is blessed with the most pleasing climate in the whole of Europe. The winters are mild, and rarely extend beyond February, and with over 300 days of sunshine a year the temperature can reach into the 70s as early as March. In April and May Northern Cyprus is at its most beautiful with fields of wild flowers in full bloom and the weather is not unlike that of a good English summer. June, July and August are the hottest months and ideal for sun-worshippers. Not surprisingly September and October are the most popular months when the weather is still wonderfully warm, rarely below 80° F.
Kyrenia / Karaoglanoglu area
Karaoglanoglu is located in Turkish Northern Cyprus, which, like southern Greek Cyprus, enjoys a warm, sunny climate, a rich culture and a wealth of historic and cultural sites to visit. Some activities which might be of interest to the holidaymaker include Flora/fauna walks, Karpaz peninsula (panhandle), Lara Beach Turtle projects, Kyrenia Harbour and Castle, Bellapais Abbey and Tree of Idleness, St Hilarion Castle, and many others.
How to get there
Flights 3 airlines fly to Northern Cyprus (Ercan airport) from the UK. Turkish airlines fly all year round, daily from Heathrow and Manchester. Cyprus Turkish airlines (CTA) fly from Heathrow, Stansted and Manchester all year and and some other regional airports during the summer, and Pegasus Airlines. More choice of flights available to Larnaca in Southern Cyprus from additional UK airports. Transfer time from Ercan Airport to the villa is approximately 30 minutes, please let me know if you require a taxi or car hire as I have a deal with a local company. Transfers from Larnaca across the border are approx. 90 mins and cost £35 each way through our operator even if a car is rented from them.
