A First Class spacious Villa in a fabulous peaceful location overlooking Kyrenia. For your total comfort in summer or winter the villa is fully air conditioned, centrally heated and cavity wall insulated. Luxurious polished Marble floors throughout extend to the terraces where there is a table tennis table & private pool lying between oleander, fruit and banana trees. You have truly amazing views of St Hilarion Castle and coastline over Kyrenia. The lounge has a large coffee table that folds out for backgammon, chess and card games. There is a selection of books, Satellite Plasma TV, DVD, Music centre and Xbox with games.
Each bedroom has its own set of cool crisp Egyptian cotton linen,towels and hand made quilts. Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and hair dryers provided.
The villa is just 2 minutes drive from Kyrenia harbour, around here you'll find the best restaurants, shops and bars in the Island. If you wish you can walk which would take around 35 minutes. A taxi is around £4..

The Kyrenia District
Bellapais Abbey lies two miles to the East and is well worth exploring. Kybele restaurant in the Abbey grounds has wonderful terrace views and an appetising menu. St Hilarion Castle nestles in the mountains and can be clearly seen from Villa Bexame. Both are well worth visiting.
Kyrenia area
Kyrenia (Girne) is quite simply one of the most beautiful Meditteranean towns that you'll ever see. The Venetian castle walls line the quaint harbour which has an array of cafes and bars. At night the harbour takes on a bewildering atmosphere. Boat trips run from the harbour daily. Diving and tandem paragliding trips can also be arranged at offices on the harbour. Sandy beaches can be found a few miles East and West of Kyrenia.
How to get there
Fly to Ercan Airport and taxi or hire car to 50 minutes Fly to Larnaca Airport in Southern Cyprus and take taxi to the North - one and a half hours. Taxi costs £80 for up to 5 for the returen trip. Payment
A deposit of 20% of the total cost is required to secure a booking. The balance is due at least eight weeks before the commencement of the holiday plus £100 security deposit. The full cost of the holiday is payable on any booking made within eight weeks of the date booked.
Cancellation
If the guest finds it necessary to cancel the holiday before the final balance is due he should inform Bexame villa immediately who will then endeavour to re - let the villa. If the villa is re - let the deposit will be retumed less an administration fee of £50. In the event that the villa is not re - let then, unfortunately, all monies paid are forfeit and the person booking the holiday will be liable for the full cost of the booking. If the guest finds it necessary to cancel the holiday after the final balance becomes due, whether or not the final balance has been paid, then unless the villa is re-let the guest will be liable for the full cost of the holiday. We strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance against cancellation.
Arrival/Departure Guests are requested to arrive at Bexame Villa after 3.00pm on the day of arrival and, to assist us in ensuring the villa is ready for arrival of new guests, depart before 10.00am on the day of departure.
