This wonderful villa is in a communal area of 17 villas, with a large 24m x 12m swimming pool. The villa has everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The villa is close to a large well stocked supermarket, and also a cinema.
Local fast food restaurants and the more upmarket restaurants are all within easy reach. The location of the villa is ideal for enjoying the peace and tranquillity of Cyprus life, but within a 5 minute stroll to to the main road that will take you to the local bus stop.
The main attraction, the harbour town of Kyrenia,is just a 5 minute drive away, or you can walk there in around 15 minutes. Here you will find the magnificent castle, the beautiful harbour filled with old wooden boats and the chic pavement restaurants and bars.

The Kyrenia District
Kyrenia is famous for it's horseshoe harbour lined with restaurants and bars. The harbour is very busy during the summer months and is buzzing with activity, it is the place to be if you want to watch the fishing boats come in and to sample the local fish.
Just above the harbour in the shopping area you will find many small bars with pavement seating areas where you can get drinks and food and just sit and watch the world go by. During the summer months there is a stage set up with lots of local activities.
Kyrenia / Karaoglanoglu area
A wide selection of shops and coffee shops can be found in Karaoglanoglu with the nearest one being only a 2 minute walk from the villa. A wonderful sandy beach is just a 5 minute drive away, or you can a local bus. Water sports can be found a 10 drive away, and also a water park. The new water park is very popular and is safe for children.
How to get there
Fly to Ercan (Northern Cypurs) - Transfer time to vila approx 45 mins. Transfer cost from 35 GBP each way. All flight to Ercan touch down in Turkey but do not need to disembark. Car hire is available from the airport or can be arranged by us, but the vehicles can not be taken over the border to the South.
Fly to Larnaca (Southern Cyprus) - Transfer time to villa approx 90 mins. Car hire is available from the airport but you will need to enquire regarding bringing the vehicle through to the north. Transfer cost from 50 GBP each way.

Further details indoors: The villa is fully equipped to make your stay a comfortable one, with the added advantage of being fitted with fly screens in all of the bedrooms. The lounge/diner has patio doors that lead onto the private landscaped garden, and a gated entry/exit leads onto the large poolside area.
Further details outdoors: The garden is fully enclosed with gates to the front and rear. Private drive for off road parking. Ample terracing around the pool for the sun lounges.
