Secret Paradise was completed in 2005 and has been finished to a very high standard, with tasteful furniture and good quality appliances. The villa is situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Karmi (also known as Karaman) which has a good selection of local restaurants and bars.

It is primarily for those seeking a relaxed, uncommercialised style or activity based holiday although there is plenty of live entertainment in most of the bars and restaurants during the summer season and a lively nightlife down at the open air beach discos for the young at heart.

The Kyrenia District

Situated in a small development of only 9 privately-owned villas, nestling in the foothills of the Kyrenia Mountain range beneath the historic St Hilarion Castle. Secret Paradise is a short drive to some of the most beautiful unspoilt beaches in the world with crystal clear waters.

The beautiful harbour town of Kyrenia with its imposing castle and pretty bars/restaurants is only 15 minutes away.

Kyrenia / Karaman Karmi area

The villa is situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Karmi (also known as Karaman) which is acknowledged as the most beautiful and well-kept village in the whole of Cyprus. The village has a good selection of local restaurants and bars and a local corner shop. The whole area around the village has an abundance of beautiful flora and fauna.

How to get there

The villa is 35 minutes drive from Ercan airport. You can fly to Ercan in Northern Cyprus on either KTHY Cyprus Turkish Airlines or Turkish Airlines from Heathrow, Gatwick, Stanstead, Manchester, Belfast & Glasgow. Alternatively you can fly into Larnaca in South Cyprus which is a 90 minute taxi ride from the villa. Taxis from Larnaca can be arranged at a cost of £35 each way. Discounted car hire in North Cyprus can also be arranged.

The villa has a master bedroom (king size bed) and full en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The second bedroom (double bed) boasts an en suite shower/wc and bedroom three has twin beds with an adjacent bathroom. All bedrooms include fitted wardrobes.

The villa has airconditioning in all rooms and gas central heating (only needed for the very short winter season)!

Also Broadband Internet and Premium TV (with Premiership games) available for a small additional charge (£20 per booking).

"The accommodation was fantastic. The villa was large and very spacious and fully equipped with all mod cons. The views from the villa were fantastic front and back - lovely. The pool was a great size (the children loved it) and the breeze blowing up from the sea in the distance was very pleasant in the Cypriot August heat. Can't recommend highly enough."
