This large family villa has a huge open plan living area together with four bedrooms all of which are en suite.It is part of a small development of executive villas and bungalows occupying an elevated plot which makes the most of the spectacular views. There are balconies to each bedroom with stunning views of the Med to the front and equally impressive mountain views to the rear.The villa is within a very short walk of a number of popular restaurants and beaches including Escape Beach.

The Kyrenia District
Northern Cyprus is blessed with the most pleasing climate in the whole of Europe. The winters are mild and rarely extend beyond February and with over 300 days of sunshine a year, the temperature can reach into the 70s as early as March. In april and May, Cyprus is at it's most beautiful with fields of wild flowers in full bloom. July and August are the hottest months and ideal for sun worshippers. To get a taste of Cyprus 30 years ago you are advised to visit the Karpaz peninsula where time stands still. There are miles of sandy beaches with not a person in sight even in the summer. Ancient towns, basilicas, ruins and tombs scatter the area waiting to be explored. Be sure to visit the old dungeons in Famagusta and the ancient ruins at Salamis.
Kyrenia area
The coast road takes you to Kyrenia with its enchanting Venetian harbour and onto Bellapais which was made famous by Lawrence Durrell's 'The Bitter Lemons of Cyprus'. There are many restaurants within walking distance whilst those further afield will often supply a free taxi service to their customers. Kyrenia Castle, which houses the oldest shipwreck in the world, the spectacular Bellapais Abbey and the Romas ruins are a must for history lovers. Where ever you are, you always have the benefit of fantastic sea views and the dramatic backdrop of the Besparmak mountain range.
How to get there
Three airlines fly to Northern Cyprus (Ercan Airport) from the UK - Turkish Airlines, Cyprus Turkish Airlines and Atlas Jet. Transfers take approximately 45 minutes and are free if car hire of at least one week is booked through our recommended agent. A greater choice of flights are available to Southern Cyprus (Larnaca/Paphos). Transfers from Larnaca across the border cost £100 - 120 return depending on party size if booked in conjunction with car hire through our recommended agent and take approximately 90 minutes.For transfers from Paphos you should allow 2 1/2 hours Again we can arrange this and negotiate a fixed price for the return journey through our agents on your behalf

The ground floor is open plan providing you with a huge entertainment area which opens out onto the large child friendly terrace and 10' x 5' pool including roman steps access with the bonus of a linked seating area for those who simply want cool off and take in the view. The villa is to be furnished to a very high standard including large dining table ' L ' shaped sofa combination LCD TV DVD and Playstation.( PLEASE NOTE FURNISHING WILL TAKE PLACE IN DEC 2009 AT WHICH POINT WE WILL UPDATE PICTURES ) There is an en-suite shower room to each of the four bedrooms each of which has fitted wardrobes.The two rear bedrooms benefit from a private terrace with mountain views whilst the front bedrooms each have private access to a shared terrace which runs across the front of the property with jaw dropping Med views. This villa may also be let in conjunction with the Penthouse Apartment ( Pines 1 ) situated in Lapta which may be of interest to larger family groups or two families holidaying together.
Further details outdoors: The villa benefits from a private 10' x 5' private pool with roman steps access , a separate seated area within the pool from where those who dont want to swim can cool off and join in the fun together with spacious grounds which provide a safe environment for the younger members of your party. The garden will be stocked with a variety of Mediterranean plants including orange lemon olive and banana trees and enable you to enjoy al fresco dining whilst providing spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and Besparmak mountain range. Located in an elevated position directly immediately behind the popular Escape Beach the villa provides its guests with an unrivalled combination of proximity to the best beaches and restaurants , spectacular views and five star accommodation.

For those who are environmentally conscious and familiar with the water shortages in Cyprus please note the villa comes equipped with a re-cycling system which ensures all waste water is stored and re-used on the garden together with a 30 tonne water tank to all but eliminate the possibilty of water issues during your stay.
Conditions
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid not less than 8 weeks prior to commencement of letting together with a £250 security bond.
The bond will be returned within 14 days of departure subject to an appropriate deduction in respect of any damage or breakages reported to us by our managing agents.
Additional letting days can be booked on a daily rate.
Rates are negotiable for bookings of 4 weeks or more
