This luxury fully equipped & partially air conditioned villa is Ideal for multiple families and offers a communal pool, garden and stunning sea views. Various terraces will make al fresco dining an absolute must. The property is set over four floors with each of the six bedrooms providing comfortable sleeping facilities. The living space is open plan and includes a dining area and kitchen thus making the house extremely sociable.

6 Bedrooms - 3 double beds and 3 single beds in this property. One of the bedrooms has an en suite facility.
3 Bathrooms - bathroom upstairs which has been fitted with a jacuzzi bath & walk in power shower and wc located downstairs and an en suite in the master bedroom. Air conditioning unit in lounge living room & top floor area & main bedroom with en suite.
Central heating (for those who will be staying over the winter months). This villa is situated approximately 5 minutes walk from the shops, beach and bars. This development with 9 villas is quite unique as there will be a caretaker onsite 24/7.
To deal with any queries or furthermore if any problems may occur there is a management company who will deal with these and any requests you may have.
There is a tv, dvd player provided in the villa.

In addition to the communal pool the property benefits from an exterior wet room. The various terraced areas provide access to sun or shade dependent on your mood and each one offers a truly stunning view of the sea and surrounding area. The main dolmus bus route is only 100 metres from the resort to all areas of interest. On the sun terrace there are amazing views of the Cruise ship port & Kusadasi centrum. The villa has its own private garden for your comfort & relaxation.

The Aegean Coast region

Kusadasi, one of Turkey's principle holiday resorts, offers an excellent environment for an unforgettable holiday. Situated on the west coast of Turkey- 90km south of Izmir, Kusadasi, is reputed for one of the most attractive city of the Aegean, as it is close to the important historical sites including Ephesus, Didyma, Priene, Miletos.
Kusadasi has a typical Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters, providing a long tourism season and with over 300 days of sunshine annually.
The Kusadasi / Centrum area
The Kusadasi Centrum(1 km from the villa) is a 5 minute walk into the many bustling bars, shops & restaurants. There is 2 markets to grab a bargain. Dont forget to barter !
On the outskirts of Kusadasi, Ladies beach is much livlier with many bars & restaurants on the promenade fronting this small golden bay which remains a hive of activity well into the night.
There are 2 local Aquaparks including Aquafantasy, Europes largest Aquapark where, if you wish, you can swim with the Dolphins.
Only 30 minutes (22km's) away is one of the 7 Ancient wonders of the world EPHESES.
Efes as it is know locally is the site of an ancient civilisation dating back 3000 years & was the Eastern most outpost of the Roman Empire.
This is the most classical of all of Turkeys ancient site & is a "must see" site.
Within a 2 hour drive is another of Turkeys 'Top 5' sites, Pamukkale.
