About the home

Set just 150 metres from the beautiful, golden sandy Long Beach of Kusadasi. This apartment is just 15 minutes drive out of the beautiful city of Kusadasi & 5 minutes from Davutlar town. This high specification holiday apartment has everything on offer to make a great family holiday.

The apartment has three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite, while the second bedroom has two single beds & the third a single bed.

There is a separate bathroom with toilet, shower and wash basin.The living area consists of a luxurious sofa which can also form another double bed bringing the sleeping capacity of the apartment to six, a large colour TV with satellite channels and a DVD player.

There is also a dining table and six chairs. The patio is spacious and the pool is just outside the patio doors.

The kitchen is both modern and well equipped with a oven and hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, all utensils and ample crockery and glassware for six persons.

There is also air conditioning an fans to keep the apartment cool.

As we have several apartments on this resort the interior design can differ to the pics shown.

The resort has a large pool with a separate children's pool & is very private with its decorated railings around the complete perimeter. As there are only 14 units on the resort there is always peace & quiet for your relaxation.

The aptly named Long Beach which is 15 miles long is a short 5 minute stroll and also the dolmus buses go past the gate every few minutes to all the many different areas around Kusadasi & Davutlar.

The Rental Management Company are able to provide car hire, airport transfers, Welcome Pack and organise excursions to local attractions should you require them to.

The Long Beach coastline(150 metres from the apartment) is one continuous ribbon of golden sands for almost 15 miles making the notion of 'crowded beaches' just that - a notion!

Towards Kusadasi, Ladies beach is much livlier with many bars & restaurants on the promenade fronting this small golden bay which remains a hive of activity well into the night.

There are 2 local Aquaparks including Adaland, Europes largest Aquapark where, if you wish, you can swim with the Dolphins.

Only 30 minutes (22km's) away is one of the 7 Ancient wonders of the world EPHESES.
Efes as it is know locally is the site of an ancient civilisation dating back 3000 years & was the Eastern most outpost of the Roman Empire.

This is the most classical of all of Turkeys ancient site & is a "must see" site.
Within a 2 hour drive is another of Turkeys 'Top 5' sites, Pamukkale.

“Great Location with Peace of Mind” I would like to comment on our holiday on Diamond Resort and this is my first review on Tripadvisor. My family stayed during late June and the complex agent could not do enough for us or any other guests on the complex. All additional costs were advertised to us on holiday lettings and on pre booking and the agent also explained these costs on arrival and told us they can be expensive if the air con is used excessively. Our deposit was returned in full within 3 days. We really enjoyed the beachside location and the easy access to all the local areas of interest. My family will be returning to Diamond Resort this season also and are confident we will have a great holiday once again.

“Good weather ,good conditions BAD AGENT” Hi! I stay for 10 days in this apartments with 4 other families!Everything was good (aparatments,pool,weather) but ,in the end the agent -mr Steve didn't sent us back our refundable depo - and he does't answer to any mail!There were no damages ! Be careful because there is nothing written about energy consumtion and mr Steve didn't say anything about it during my stay but first time i clame my money back he says something about it and then silence! So i hope that you will not have the same experience Response: Dear Guest, Many thanks for your review. In response similar to the email I sent to you on receiving your letter,I would like to remind you of the advert details clearly shown prior to your booking and for all our properties and I mention several times of the minimal electricity charge for your usage. Also as you rented 4 properties I only accepted 1 deposit (€100) to cover all 4 rentals to which your total electricity usage actually cost 25% more due to your unlimited use of the air conditioning to which I did advise this was expensive to use excessively. This does not include several interior damages to which I covered the costs to repair. As you used my company on different occasions prior to this rental I am disappointed at this review as you are aware previously we give 100% attention and service for all our guests and I hope we can solve this minor issue and I can welcome you as our guests in the future.

My family had a great time at your apartment and would like to sincerely thank you for all your assistance with our holiday. As this was our first time in Turkey we were very wary but you squashed our concerns and we dont know what all the fuss was about. The Long Beach area is fantastic and we met lots of new friends at the local friendly restaurants. We are already planning to come back next season and no doubt we will be in touch.
