·SWIMMING POOL 3,5m X 5,5m X 1,60m main pool located in the front of the villa. There is a large area for sunbathing and 6 sun loungers with cushions provided at this level. Also one large plastic dining table, 10 chairs and a Built-in BBQ provided.

·AIR - CONDITION Split system Air-Conditioning installed in this villa with Heat Pump option. Fantastic for hot summer nights and also warm for winter time. Also fans will be available on request. BBQ Villa JADE has a built in BBQ for eating out in hot summer nights. This is located by the pool and near the pool side kitchen.

SECURITY DEPOSIT required for Villas with private pools is £250 for any booking up to 14 nights. An additional £125 per week required for bookings over 2 weeks.

ACCOMMODATION
Access to the property is available from 6pm on the first day of rental and must be vacated by 10am on the agreed departure date. This allows cleaning and preparation for the next guests to take place.

The Aegean Coast region

Kusadasi is located on the Aegean Coast of Turkey approximately 50 miles south of Izmir, the third largest city in Turkey. It is easily accessible by air through two major airports, Izmir (ADB) 50 miles and Bodrum (BDR) 80 miles. The Kusadasi / Ladies Beach area

This beach gives its name to town established near it. Ladies Beach is a sandy beach, 1 km long which offers sun umbrellas, deck chairs, showers, cafes and restaurants across the street from the beach. Ladies Beach, one of the most preferred beaches in the area is extremely crowded on Sundays due to native vacationers. It`s only 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk from the centre of town. The area is full of hotels, apart hotels, pensions and summer houses. You can also enjoy all the water sports activities in this beach.
