About the home

The Villa is great for families and groups of friends a like offering a good range of facilities for full-time fun.
Located within 10 minutes walk of Ladies Beach, the Villa is located in a quiet residential neighboring also Holiday Lets like itself.
Entrance to the property is gated, through the front garden. There are two parking spaces in the front garden, you may ask for the keys to the gates if you require them.
The main door is at the rear of the property, also where the pool, children's pool, table tennis, small bar w/fridge and sink, tables and chairs, small built-in barbecue and sun-beds are located.
The entrance floor is genuinely light and spacious, with floor to ceiling windows facing west (the front of the property), which offers a wide terrace where you may enjoy eating breakfast. A good-sized kitchen, dining area, living area w/tv and a Pool Table are all located on the entrance floor. The largest of the shower-rooms is also on this ground floor and accomodates a Sauna, if you can stand the heat.
On the first floor, there are 2 Twin Bedrooms and 1 Double Bedroom, 1 twin and the double offer en-suites with the double room en-suite offering a jacuzzi bath, both of these rooms also offer balconies. There is also one other shower room on the first floor which is used by those staying in the Twin Bedroom located between the other rooms. On roof level there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and both bedrooms can accomodate 4 persons plus offer terraces with views of the bay.

-There is a TV and DVD player in the lounge and also a small CD Player.
-The Villa offers Internet Connection [Wifi] and this is included within the Rental Cost.

The Aegean Coast region

Kusadasi is located on the Aegean Coast of Turkey approximately 55 miles south of Izmir, the third largest city in Turkey. It is easily accessible by air through two major airports,Izmir (ADB) 53 miles and Bodrum (BDR) 95 miles. Because of its vast choice of shopping opportunities from leather, carpets, jewellery to souveniers, it is a shopping experience to be lived by all. For those aviation enthusiasts, there is a landing strip 8 miles from Kusadasi which offers a wide variety of exciting activities. There are also three waterparks within 10 minutes drive from town centre, one of them being the largest in Turkey as well Europe.

The Kusadasi area

This beach gives its name to town established near it. Ladies Beach is a sandy beach, 1 km long which offers sun umbrellas, deck chairs, showers, cafees and restaurants across the street from the beach. Ladies Beach, one of the most prefered beaches in the area is extremely crowded on Sundays due to native vacationers. It's only 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk from the center of town. The area is full of hotels, apart hotels, pensions and summer houses. You can also enjoy all the water sports activities in this beach.

The Villa is easily accessible via Air, Land and Sea. Located in the Aegean Port Town of Kusadasi, The Villa is 1 hours drive south of Izmir International Airport (ADB) and 1 hour 30 minutes' drive North of Bodrum International Airport (BJV). Adarken, the Property Managers, offer tenants a wide range of Airport Transfer Services from both Izmir and Bodrum Airports (Licensed Small and Larger Vehicles). It is important that you book your transfer services from a Reputable agent such as Adarken, all vehicles carrying Passengers to and from the Airport must be licensed to do so.
Kusadasi has a ship port, catering for the largest ships in the world on a daily basis. Only 1km from the Ship Port there is a Large Yacht Marina.
Representatives of the Management Company will be more than happy to find you the best Rent-a Car deal, this can also be arranged prior to your arrival.

“Nice place, but” The Villa is set in a residential area, which is pleasant however there are a lot of stray animals, barking dogs etc. The roads, pavements, walkways in the area need serious attention. Not recommended for Old age people, prams or anybody who has had a couple of drinks as it is very dangerous. The Villa itself was a bit tired. The cupboard handles were broken\there was no cups\limited crockery\the Jacuzi didn't work\the pool had to be cleaned everyday & limited access was available. More alarmingly was the fact that we did not receive our deposit back in full or within the agreed time frame. This experience has put me off using Holiday Lettings again, which is a shame. We have never had a problem before until now. Caution should be used for any Villa that is advertised by this Agent.
