Post address for Ponz Villas Complex: Celal Atik Sokak No: 15, Kadinlar Denizi (Turkish) Ladies Beach (English). Celal Atik Sokak is street down hill towards Ladies Beach. Ponz Villas are on the intersection of Celal Atik Sokak and Ali Yucel Sokak.
Ponz Villas is set on a well established complex of holiday villas, in a picturesque location and 180 metres to the glorious Aegean sea, fringed by the stunning Ladies beach.

The villa is fully equipped and ideal for a family self catering holiday. There is a well stocked local grocery shop opposite the complex. New larger grocery store Migros just opened last summer on the beach front and some more small stores are opening summer 2012. Turkish cuisine is healthy, delicious and good value for money. Try some of the local cafes, bars and restaurants.

Ladies Beach is the most popular beach in Kusadasi. No motor vehicles are allowed in to Ladies beach area. Changing rooms, umbrellas, sun beds, toilets and cafes are available on the beach front.

Ladies beach will suit those who love to watch the sun set when having a delicious meal. Ladies beach is 5 km from the town centre and takes about 25 min on foot. There is also the dolmus (small bus) to the town centre or taxi service. Beach is one of the cleanest one in Kusadasi.

On main floor is kitchen, living room and dining room. From living room is entrance to the large balcony. The second floor has large bathroom, master bedroom and second bedroom. From the master bedroom is entrance to an other large balcony with beautiful sea views. There are 3 ceiling fans (3 speeds) in each bedroom and living room. Bed linen and towels are provided except beach towels. Sofa bed is convertible to other bed.

The Aegean Coast region

Ephesus is very close to Kusadasi, take local bus (Dolmus).

The Kusadasi / Ladies Beach area

Kusadasi (say kushadasi) ("Bird Island") was named for the birds that make they home in the town's 14th -century Genoese castle. These days, Kusadasi is an unabashed tourist town, catering to foreign travellers of all stripes. Its picturesque setting on sea-sloping hills, excellent sand beaches, and proximity to the magnificent archaeological wonders at Ephesus, Priene, Miletus, and Didyma ensured its transformation a few decades ago from a quiet town to grant resort.

Kusadasi offers one of the largest shopping bazar in Turkey, with over 1000 Jewelery, Leather, Carpet and Souvenier shops. Shops are open 7 days a week from 9:00 am till midnight.Hand made Turkish carpets, soft leather jackets and exquisite jewels are among the most desired items by visitors. Most are low price and high quality. All shops accept credit cards, travel checks and any major currencies.

Kusadasi home to Adaland Aqua Park and many Blue Flag beaches along a 30 km Kusadasi coast line. All are easily accessible by local bus for a few turkish lira. Take some boat trips for swimming, fishing or scuba diving or take a ferry to Greek Island Samos. Sit at sea side bar or cafe to watch many Cruise Liners which visit Kusadasi Harbour during the season.
