There is a selection of apartments which have two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite, while the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a separate bathroom with toilet, bath, shower and wash basin.The living area consists of a luxurious comfortable suite with colour TV & satellite. There is also a dining table and six chairs. The balcony is very spacious and has full views the magnificent Aegean.
30 Apartments available. 2 & 4 bedrooms. Rental Management has an On Site Representative for any requests or queries. Dolmus Bus Service from the complex into Kusadasi every 15 minutes..

The kitchen is both modern and well equipped with a oven and hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, all utensils and ample crockery and glassware for six persons.
There is also air conditioning throughout the whole apartment which can be controlled separately for each room.
Whispering Sands is a primarily a Non-Smoking Complex. (There are a small number of designated smoking areas should you require). Smoking is permitted on your balcony.
Whispering Sands has 24hr gated security and full time staff available at all times to assist you with any problems or enquiries you have.
The Rental Management Company have a representative on site and are able to provide airport transfers, car rental and organise excursions to local attractions should you require them to.

The facilities & restaurant on the complex are second to none with full amenities available. The management will do their utmost to keep your holiday relaxed and stress free. The large pools are clean, safe & child friendly. The kids pool has a large cover for protection from the sun.

The Aegean Coast region
The Aegean coast of Turkey is amongst the loveliest in the country surrounded by olive groves and pine forests and with some of the finest beaches in the country. Kusadasi, is reputed as one of the most attractive cities of the Aegean, as it is close to the important historical sites including Ephesus, House of the Virgin Mary, Didim,Priene, Miletos.
Kusadasi, one of Turkey's principle holiday resorts, offers an excellent environment for an unforgettable holiday. Situated on the west coast of Turkey- 90km south of Izmir, Kusadasi, is reputed for one of the most attractive city of the Aegean, as it is close to the important historical sites including Ephesus, Didyma, Priene, Miletos.
Kusadasi has a typical Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters, providing a long tourism season and with over 300 days of sunshine annually.
The Kusadasi / Centrum area
The Kusadasi coastline(1.5 km from the villa) is one continuous ribbon of golden sands for almost 20 miles making the notion of 'crowded beaches' just that - a notion! Towards Kusadasi, Ladies beach is much livlier with many bars & restaurants on the promenade fronting this small golden bay which remains a hive of activity well into the night.
There are 2 local Aquaparks including Aquafantasy, Europes largest Aquapark where, if you wish, you can swim with the Dolphins.
Only 30 minutes (22km's) away is one of the 7 Ancient wonders of the world Epheses. Efes as it is know locally is the site of an ancient civilisation dating back 3000 years & was the Eastern most outpost of the Roman Empire.
This is the most classical of all of Turkeys ancient site & is a "must see" site. Within a 2 hour drive is another of Turkeys 'Top 5' sites, Pamukkale.
