Kusadasi on the Blue Aegean sea is full of Holiday atmosphere, Aqua Park the second largest in Europe, just a bus ride away, and you can swim with the Dolphins or watch their display. Steam train Museum. There are many types of Boat trips, Paragliding, Scuba Diving. Horse Trekking, Sulphur Thermal Spa & National Parks. Also a few minutes on the Dolmus Bus out of town takes you to the Authentic Official Turkish Bath where they have very experiencied massuer's. A masage there is approx. 5GBP and it relaxes you totally. In the evening you can dine locally at some top restaurants, especially the fish restaurants in idyllic settings or in the 5 star hotels. There is so much choice locally, or you can travel into the hustle and bustle of Kusadasi Centre, or walk to the Harbour dine and enjoy the Shops, Beautiful Jewellery etc. YOU ARE LUCKY YOU CAN WALK HOME FROM TOWN, SO YOU CAN STAY OUT AS LATE AS YOU LIKE , OR IF YOU DO GET A CAB IT WILL BE A 5 MINUTE RIIDE NO LONG EXPENSIVE TAXI JOURNEY HOME.

Fly to Izmir “Adnan Menderes” Kusadasi 60 km. Bodrum : 110 km approx. Airlines: British Airways / Gatwick. Turkish Cypriot Airlines/ London Heathrow/ London Gatwick. Goldtrail Holidays, Aegean Flights and Thomas Cook. As I live here I can recommend English speaking, reliable taxi driver, so I can arrange transfer if required. Local Dolmus buses approx every 3 minutes, stop anywhere, very cheap.

Further details indoors: The owner English speaking, lives in the same block and is available 24hours, happy to be contacted when required at anytime, and who wants your stay to be stress free and relaxing. Evening Babysitting can be arranged, by the owner who is family orientated, with a grown up son and daughter. A welcome pack will be provided. Water is supplied for tea, coffee etc. and is delivered to your apartment, the first 20litres is included in price. As stated above all linen is included, together with Towels and Beach Towels to make weight less for your flight. Washing Powder, washing up liquid, and day to day cleaning materials also supplied. Should your stay exceed one week, the apartment will be cleaned and linen changed,. Linen would be supplied at any time should the need occur. Guide books, maps, tour books and and any highly recommended tour companies. All information available will be in the apartment. EURO DOCTOR CLINIC on call 24 HOURS. 4 minutes walk away, telephone 0090 256 6182500. Also new Modern Private European Hospital, with EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT, opened this year, just 5 minutes by car.
Further details outdoors: Large Grounds fully developed with plenty of trees and shrubs and colourful flowers., very neatly kept, well lit at night, caretaker and family live in the block also the owner of the apartment and the Manager of the apartments is always in residence so it is very safe. Plenty of parking facility. The children can play and run about on the front garden area, secure, no cars,and you can watch them from your balcony.

Conditions
Refundabl breakages deposit of 150GBP required on arrival, to be refunded on departure, providing the owner has the opportunity to do a satisfactory property inspection, if not refund will be made within one week. Cots and the Double Sofa are available on request, and please contact the owner about children staying at the property. Children are very welcome, not only by me, but Turkish People make chilren very welcome, in Restaurants and everywhere. There are playgrounds every few hundred metres, with colourful swings,slides, etc.Baby -sitting can be arranged, if required.

Balance payable prior to departure, but if booked last minute, can be paid on arrival as the 2008 advert only published July.
Additionally a security deposit of 200GBP is required in the event of damages. The deposit will be returned as soon as the inventory is checked. Breakages will be charged at cost as listed on your inventory.
