About the home

2 identical 4 bed, 3 bathroom villas ideally located in the Kusadasi area and only a short walk from the beautiful Silver Sand beach (part of Long Beach). There is a beachside cafe/bar and local merchant shops within a short walking distance from the Villa, and the nearby waterpark makes this villa a great place for a sunny beach holiday for all the family.
Each bedroom has a private balcony. The villa is fully air-conditioned.
The villa is surrounded by private landscaped gardens, a large patio and a private outdoor barbecue. The swimming pool is at the back door, with kids pool.
The place is so tranquil you will hear the crickets at night.

The Aegean Coast region

Kusadasi has a good climate with 300 days of sunshine every year. Temperatures can reach up to 40 degrees in peak summer months. The local people are very friendly. There are lots of places to visit and things to do. The ancient city of Ephisus is the highlight of these, which is only 20 mins by bus or car.

The Kusadasi area

Kusadasi has one of the largest markets in Turkey. The leather markets are very popular with tourists. The ancient city of Ephisus is only 20 min busride away.
Kusadasi also boasts the largest waterpark in Europe.

Fly to Izmir or Bodrum. Please note Izmir is closer at approx 1 hour drive. Bodrum is under 2 hour drive
Personal airport transfers can be arranged from Izmir Airport at a discount of 50 Euro each way for 4 persons.

The Dolmus mini-buses pass by the villa every 10 minutes and will take you to Kusadasi in 15 minutes for 2.5YTL ( Stg £1 ) This is a very good service.

We should notice that the villa is very well situated: shops, fruit market cafes and restaurants with turkish and european cuisine are near to the Peach Grove komplex. There are also a lot of internet cafes around and it's not a problem to buy telecom cards to call around the world.
Aegean cost is for sure worth to see. Kusadasi Bird Island, historical Efesus and National Park are very interesting to visit. Climate in Kusadasi is ideal for children: not very hot during the day and nice cool at the evenings. Region is very good for people with allergy, I forgot about my son's allergy there.
