Modern luxury detached villa, 240sq mtr. + 60sq mtr terrace and balconies, built to very high specification to include 36sq m private pool, large outdoor bbq area with marble worktop and sink. Semi - basement with double bed,sofa, kitchen & en-suite. Three further bedrooms (master en-suite) and family bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Fully air-conditioned.

Nestled within a small gated development of only 24 homes including large communal pool and 24hr security, near village of Sogucak and only 1.5km from beautiful sandy beaches. This property benefits from stunning unobstructed views of turquoise sea, Kusadasi Bay, National Park, Greek Island of Samos and amazing sunsets. A short drive or Domus (local bus) ride away from the bustling Port of Kusadasi, a popular stop for cruise liners, with vast range of restaurants, shops, bars and colourful nightlife.

The Aegean Coast region

The Aegean coast of Turkey is absolutely stunning, hot dry summers with warm turquoise water and mild winters. 20km of blue flagged sandy beaches surrounded by olive groves and pine woods. Home to Ephesus, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, House of Virgin Mary, Priene, Miletos, Pamukkale and the thermal spa of Davutlar.

The Region is known to have one of the healthiest climates in Europe. For the energetic there are 2 nearby waterparks and numerous sea and land activities.

The Kusadasi / Sogucak area

Kusadasi is the third largest city in Turkey, described in brochures as 'chic and cosmopolitan'. It boasts an international port catering for over 2400 ships per year. Renowned for its shopping, colourful nightlife, entertainment and abundant choice of cuisine. Catch a ferry to the Greek island of Samos.

Nearby traditional Turkish villages, nestled in the pine hills, local shops, restaurants, beaches and amenities all close by, quietly contrast to give a choice of either peaceful relaxation and bustling City excitement.

“Very relaxing stay in beautiful villa with stunning sunset views!” The villa was of a very high standard, very comfortable and well equipped. The site it is on is very secure, well looked after and when we were there very quiet (3 villas out of 24 were occupied).... more

“Marvellous accommodation with a marvellous sight” Overall it's been a superb place to stay in. We were two families and enjoyed the place and the close location to nearby beaches and other accommodations. The villa with it's own private swimming pool has everything that one could think of to enjoy a relaxed holiday. The house owner has been very accommodating during the rental period. You do however need your own transportation. If we were to suggest a couple of improvements they would be to ease a bit the check-in procedure by personally handing the house keys over and to provide a brief tour and introduction to arriving guests over the various characteristics of the villa as the house is equipped with various fancy electronic gadgets (i.e. electronic alarm, electrical jalousies, AC, TV satellite, pool lighting etc.). It takes a little time to figure these out on your own. Also it doesn't seem to make much sense to have a check-out inspection of the house and inventory whilst there has been no check-in inspection on inventory and the state thereof against a printed inventory list.
