Home description
The centrally positioned marble spiral staircase leads to a large gallery. Three spacious double bedrooms each with wardrobes, bedside lockers and enjoying its own balcony access. The master bedroom is complete with an en-suite and there is also a modern fully tiled bathroom on the first floor. The marble staircase continues to the second floor where there is a fourth large twin bedroom. For your convenience on the second floor there is a fridge, washing machine and sink area. From here walk onto the spacious pergola balcony, there is also a relaxing patio table and chairs. No better place to enjoy a glass of wine and enjoy the sun setting over the magnificent Aegean Sea and the spectacular mountain views on a lazy summers evening.
The magnificently manicured communal areas are a pleasant stroll around the resort, also meeting your fellow guests and enjoying the beautiful sunshine over a cold Efes.
What really sets Dilek Thermal Resort apart from all others is its’ very own thermal spa for the exclusive use of residents. Sourced at 250 metres below ground, the healing thermal waters are channelled to two hot pools within the development.
Davutlar, Kusadasi is fast becoming a widely recognised are for health and well being. High oxygen levels in the air and complementary healing properties of the water will make you feel revitalised. This is a facility that compliments the two existing swimming pools and on site tennis court.

The Aegean Coast region
The Aegean region is situated in the western part of Turkey and extends from the Mediterranean northwards between Greece and Turkey. Because the region has been a home for many civilizations there are many ancient cities such as Aphrodisias, Pergamum, Thyatira and more. Aydin is the twenty second largest cities in Turkey, 65km away from Kusadasi where olive, fig, oranges, tangerines, cotton, tobacco and sunflower grow.
Kusadasi / Davutlar area
Davutlar - Kusadasi has a typical Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters. With 300 days of sunshine, the average air & water temperatures is from 18 degrees in May, 25 - 28 in August and up to 25 in October. Average water temperature during high season is 22 degrees.
Davutlar's relaxed, friendly atmosphere makes it an excellent choice for families and couples. The local town is 200 meters from the front gate with supermarkets, family run fresh bakeries and vegetable stalls. A short Dolmus ride to the north finds the popular tourist haven of Kusadasi with its Bazaars, Restaurants, Nightclubs, Beaches and Waterparks. Not to mention the ancient sites of Ephesus, St Johns Basilica and the house of the Virgin Mary (Meryamana).
Paradise beach is 2KM from the villa or why not explore the many tranquil beaches along the Dilek Peninsula or take a ferry ride to the Greek Island of Samos (2km offshore).
One thing not to miss out on is a visit to a local Turkish Baths, otherwise known as a “hamam”. Like the harem, this Roman and Byzantine tradition was adopted and then perfected by the Selcuk Turks.
How to get there
BA flies to Adnan Menderes Airport (Izmir) 3 times per week from London Gatwick. There are frequent flights into Izmir and Bodrum. Some useful websites are; Turkish Airlines website: www.thy.com and Thomas Cook website: flythomas.cook.com From Belfast www.goldtrail.co.uk covers the route to Bodrum Transfer time from (80KM) is approximately 1 hour. Transfer from Bodrum Airport is approximately 1 1/2 hours.
Although car rental is advisable there is a local dolmus service.
Dilek Thermal Spa Resort is situated 15 KM south of Kusadasi. The "Kusadasi-Davutlar" dolmus runs every 15 minutes.
