A unique four bedroomed villa with panoramic views of Kusadasi Bay and spectacular 'Millipark' mountain views. A 2 minute walk to the local village of davutlar, 2km from paradise beach and just 15KM from Kusadasi.
Enter through the Ottoman style double doors into a spacious open planned marble floored living area. Sliding doors open out onto the marble patio. This furnished lounge area with its intricately designed handcrafted fireplace has a large couch, arm chair, coffee table, turkish rug, television, dvd player and hi fi that plays radio and cd's. The modern kitchen/dining area enhances the feel with its fitted cupboards, worktops, gas operated ceramic hob with cooker hood, electric oven, large refigerator with ice box, kettle and toaster, dining table and chairs. Adjoining the living area is a toilet and washroom.
The centrally positioned marble staircase leads to the Galleria. The first floor provides three spacious double bedrooms each with wardrobes, bedside lockers and enjoying its own balcony access. The master bedroom is complete with an en-suite and there is also a modern fully tiled bathroom on the first floor. The marble staircase continues to the second floor where there is a fourth large twin bedroom. For your convenience on the second floor there is a fridge, washing machine and sink area. From here walk onto the spacious pergolaed balcony where you can barbeque on the locally hand crafted barbeque, there is also a patio table and chairs. No better place to enjoy a barbeque and glass of wine as you enjoy the sun setting over the sea and mountain views on a balmy summer evening.

The Aegean Coast region
Davutlar - Kusadasi has a typical Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters. With 300 days of sunshine, the average air&water temperatures is from18 degrees in May, 25 - 28 in August and up to 25 in October. Average water temperature during high seaon is 22 degrees.
The Aegean region is situated in the western part of Turkey and extends from the Mediterranean northwards between Greece and Turkey. Because the region has been a home for many civilizations there are many ancient cities such as Aphrodisias, Pergamum, Thyatira and more. .
Kusadasi / Davutlar area
Davutlar's relaxed, friendly atmosphere makes it an excellent choice for families and couples. The local town is 200 metres from the front gate with supermarkets, family run fresh bakeries and vegetable stalls. A short Dolmus ride to the north finds the popular tourist haven of Kusadasi with its Bazaars, Restaurants, Nightclubs, Beaches and Waterparks. Not to mention the ancient sites of Ephesus, St Johns Basilica and the house of the Virgin Mary (Meryamana).
Paradise beach is 2KM from the villa or why not explore the many tranquil beaches along the Dilek Pennisula or take a ferry ride to the Greek Island of Samos (2km offshore).
One thing not to miss out on is a visit to a local Turkish Bath, otherwise known as a “hamam”. Like the harem, this Roman and Byzantine tradition was adopted and then perfected by the Selcuk Turks.
How to get there
BA fly to Adnan Menderes Airport (Izmir) 3 times per week from London Gatwick. There are frequent flights into Izmir and Bodrum. Some useful websites are; Turkish Airlines website: www.thy.com and Thomas Cook website: flythomas.cook.com
Transfer time from (80KM) is approx imately 1 hour 15 minutes. Transfer from Bodrum Airport is approximately 1 1/2 hours.
Although car rental is advisable there is a local minibus service. Taxis are also inexpensive.
Dilek Thermal Spa Resort is situated 15 KM south of Kusadasi. The "Kusadasi-Davutlar" minibus runs every 30 minutes.
Taxi pick up from Izmir Airport or Bodrum Airport is available upon request at a pre-arranged rate.

A 25% deposit is required on bookings with balance payable 10 weeks prior to holiday. Payment in full required for bookings made less than 10 weeks before holiday. Security deposit of £150.00 against damages to be included with final payment, refundable within 10 days of departure.
Kusadasi and the Davultar Regions main tourist season is 1st May to 31st October. During this period there is a varied choice of direct flights available from Ireland, United Kingdom and Europe. However, Turkish Airlines provide a year round service.
