About the home

A one bed apartment on a small complex with large pool and toddler pool, The complex has it's own residential site manager. The beach, shops, bars, restaurants and dolmus (buses very cheap) are only 1 minutes walk away.
The well appointed apartment is in a superb location for a relaxing, stressfree vacation.
There is also a second identical apartment available next door.

The apartment has ample linen and towels, But guests must bring their own beach towels.
There is plenty of storage space for luggage and clothes.
The apartment has two sun loungers for it's guests
A digital safe is installed for valuables.
Air conditioning is installed in the lounge and the bedroom (a must in summer)

The apartment benefits from being in the shade during the afternoon and has a large willow tree beside it for extra shade. Guest can move the dining table and chairs onto the balcony or even the lawn for Al Fresco dining
The pool is approx 1.70 metres deep.
The site benefits from a secure wrought iron fence which leads onto a quiet local road.

The Aegean Coast region

Situated on the west coast of Turkey the Aegean is fast becoming a firm favourite destination for europeans. It has all the benefits of a fantastic climate with only approx 30 days of rain a year and dawn to dusk sunshine during the summer. The kusadasi area is steeped in history with historic sites including Ephesus.Didyma. Priene, Miletos-the principals of ancient times.
The Greek Island of Samos can be seen from the harbour and a regular ferry makes for a good day out.

The Kusadasi / Ladies Beach area

Kusadasi is reputed for one of the most attractive cities of the Aegean, It has one of Turkeys largest shopping bazaars famous for jewelery, leather, Carpets and Turkish crafts. In fact due to the favourable exchange rate these goods become very affordable and are of a very high quality.

The coastal area abounds with many safe sandy beaches, Ladies beach is 1km long and easily the most popular with it's clean shallow waters, Sun loungers, parasols, Showers, Quality cafe's and bars. The evening sunsets while sat in a restaurant with a glass of wine, Gazeing over the waves breaking on the beach are a memory everyone will cherish and take home with them.

The Aegean sea offers great oppertunities to try snorkling, Jetski, Parascending, Boat trips and waterskiing.
For children of all ages a visit to the nearby Adaland water park is a must. Also available are Jeep safaries, Quadbike trails, Horse trekking, Market visits and Historic cultural trips. All bookable on ladies beach and very reasonable(for all trips the transport picks you up)
