The Villa was built in 2004 and offers a modern living space. It has an open plan kitchen leading to the dining and lounge area with downstairs toilet and shower room. The house benefits from air conditioning in every room. With a fully fitted kitchen including fridge freezer, washing machine all kitchen appliances and utensils. There is a large garden which goes all around the villa and includes a patio area with table and chairs.
The property has 3 large double rooms sleeping six adults/children, all bedrooms are fully furnished with wardrobes, dressing areas and chest of drawers.
If you wish to take in the fantastic sea views, alfresco dining is a must on the roof terrace which has a BBQ and sun loungers.
The villa benefits from a very large communal swimming pool, children's pool with pool bar serving drinks and snacks throughout the day. There is also a games room on site and a well-stocked shop which sells fresh bread each morning.
There is a bus stop at the pool and the service runs from 6am until midnight every 10 minutes which takes you into the town centre or down to the beach.
The benefit of this house is the views and the location which is excellent should you wish to explore all that Kusadasi has on offer.

Ephesus, the best preserved Roman town from thousands of years ago is one of the majr tourist attractions of Turkey and is a must for lovers of history and archaeology.
Nearby town of Selcuk and the hillside villages of Sirince and Kirazl? are worth visiting to sample local wines and food

*The Wednesday Market is the clothes and textiles market. It's very busy with lots of hustling and bustling going on. Bargains aplenty with all the latest genuine fake designer goods.
Shop 'til you drop
Kusadasi is a shoppers paradise. There are lots of tourist shops that sell souvenirs, jewellery, carpets and leather as well as markets, and shopping centres. You can find many fake brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton and Calvin Klein to name but a few. Jeans, handbags, sunglasses, belts and watches seem to be the most popular purchases and you have to haggle over the price.
Go on a quad safari – a guaranteed fun, dirty day out
Much like the jeep safari, the quad safari is for those that like an action packed day out. Take the quads along the dirt tracks before quadding to the beach for more exciting driving over the sand dunes and a dip in the sea
Spend the day and/or night at one of Kusadasi's Beach Clubs
Kusadasi has four main beach clubs – Eleven's, Jade, Miracle and Elias. By day you can lounge around on the big cushions and hammocks soaking up the sun and by night as the music gets louder and the drinks start to flow you can dance until the early hours of the morning.
Take a boat trip around the bays near Kusadasi
A trip to Kusadasi isn't complete without going on a boat trip. Discovering the nearby areas only accessible by boat makes for a wonderful day out. Stop off to swim in the crystal clear water followed by a lunch at sea.
Visit The National Park for clean crystal clear beaches
Located 30 km (19 miles) south of Kusadasi towards Guzelcamli, you'll find the beautifully preserved National Park, known in Turkish as the Millipark. Whether you like hiking in the mountain trails or lying on a beach relaxing, the national park is a little piece of paradise.
Sit at the Port and watch the Cruise ships come and go
Sip a frappuccino in Starbucks located in the shopping center of Scala Nuova and watch the cruiseships come and go.
Visit the ancient city of Ephesus and the Virgin Mary's House
A holiday to Kusadasi is not complete without going on a tour to the ruins of the spectacular ancient city of Ephesus and the peaceful Virgin Mary house.
The Kusadasi / Ladies Beach area
The Kusadasi / Ladies Beach area: The villa is located about a 10 minute walk away form the smaller and pretty seafront of Green Beach and a further 10 minute walk from Ladies Beach sandy shores. The local transport named the "Dolmus" stops right outside the complex and a 10 minute drive will take you to the centre of the busy holiday town of Kusadasi. Local attractions such as Adaland Aqua Park, the ancient site of Ephesus, the beautiful walks of the National Park and all the shops and restaurants are all located nearby and within easy reach. Kusadasi is a great family destination and offers something for everyone
Kusadasi town itself has been at the forefront of tourism for many years and could be considered the original holiday resort of Turkey. The town is about an hour away from Izmir International Airport and Bodrum Airport is little further, an hour and a half drive's away.
The town and the surrounding areas offers magnificent beaches all along the coast. Nearby villages is an insight to original Anatolian life style with easy going hospitable and friendly folks.
Restaurants, bars and clubs offer entertainment for all age groups and there is even a small English / Irish community in Kusadasi area where you can have a fry-up in the morning, have fish & chips for lunch and even play bingo in the evening! (I am sure you want to get away from it all tho... so head for the beaches!)
GOLF LOVERS!!! A brand new 18 hole golf course with pitch and putt, fantastic restaurants and bars and a great hillside location with sea views has just opened in the area and is only 10 minutes drive away from your villa.

"Quiet and nice"
I rented this villa for two weeks. Not so hard to find, since I was with my car and have GPS. The price was good, the villa is spacious, nice and quiet, tastefully arranged with beautiful decorations.… More
